Q&As

I talk to people only about what they care about. I get to hold space for people to freely be themselves and watch their excitement grow when the distractions and obstacles are cleared.

I wanted the people in my life to know that they deserved to experience an exceptional life, and not have to settle for pretty good. When we feel that we have somebody on our side, to support us, challenge us without judgment, and hold us accountable, our goals and dreams become immediately more attainable.

Somebody should choose to work with me (or any other coach for that matter) if they believe that I can help them get to where they want to be. If they feel that they can be open and are ready to be as committed to the coach/client partnership as much as I am. I am not going to cheerlead from the sidelines or tell you what to do. I will challenge you with respect and without judgment, especially when you're judging yourself.

Absolutely! Even prior to COVID-19, I had established my practice as being fully remote, to allow for client access to me regardless of where my situation should bring me at any given day out of the year.

I do far less in-person coaching than I did previously, but am willing to consider it for the right circumstance.

This program is a results-driven partnership, designed to guide and empower emerging adults as they prepare to leave home and discover their ideal lives. The path to independence can be complicated, but it’s always possible.

I have partnered with families of all types and sizes, and they each have one thing in common; they’re surprised to see how their emerging adult’s newfound independence revitalizes their relationships and family as a whole. Together, we can turn intention into reality.

A single 60-minute session, typically for individuals who know exactly what they want, but are struggling to make it happen.
