What do you love most about your job?
It is wonderful to watch clients overcome the resistance and obstacles that have kept them from what they yearn for. Maybe it's losing weight, or having much easier and satisfying relationships and boundaries, or finding a career that truly works, or healing from depression or anxiety. I love helping clients create a life that better reflects what they love, value, and enjoy.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a caring and effective life coach and therapist and operate with integrity. At the age of 53, I have a good bit of experience, but I don't hold myself as an expert on anyone else's life. I work together with each client as a team to identify keys to their being able to get unstuck and take the next steps forward toward their goals and dreams.
If after speaking with me, a potential client has a good feeling about working with me - then I would hope he or she would schedule one appointment to see if what I offer is a right fit.

Life Coaching and Counseling
I offer both in-person and Skype/Facetime/phone sessions. Sessions are $150 for 60 minutes.
