What do you love most about your job?
It really boils down to helping people in need. I cannot think of anything else more important than to help the people on this planet be the best they can be. Our time is limited here. I feel every day and hour is precious. Knowing this to be true, it's important we learn to feel good about ourselves and who we are. We all have a desire to be our best and lead happy, fulfilling lives. However, because life can be challenging, we sometimes get stuck. You may feel in a rut or worse, feel no way out of a bad situation. Obstacles can overwhelm. But none of this must spell doom or failure. In fact, with the help of a coach your obstacles can become opportunities to learn from, grow stronger from. It gives me great pleasure to be that person in your life who helps you discover your true potential and reach the peak of any mountain standing in your way.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have a teaching background because I grew up in a family of teachers. Helping other achieve their goals especially in developing a truly positive sense of self, has always been my passion. When I have tried to do other things, I was always drawn back to coaching because I see myself as a healer.
Why should our clients choose you?
First and foremost, I am sincere and honest. I have experience too, but this doesn't matter unless you are passionate about what you do. I am always looking for the truth and in this line of work, you need to be good at getting at the truth to help others find it for themselves. I also am an empath, meaning someone who has a strong capacity to identify and understand another's struggle. I think you can't teach that. My training is also a strong suit of mine. I am a graduate student in the master's program at USF for getting my license in Marriage Family Therapy. My understanding of human psychology has informed my coaching practice every step of the way.
