Dr. Winkler has been so helpful in my life. Well educated, has a comfortable office and is a warm and understanding person. Has a great sense of humor (which is therapy in itself). He's very direct which is perfect. gets to the core of the issues quickly and can help you find solutions that will work for you. Parking can be a challenge, it is Georgetown after all! Usually you can find street parking. make sure you get there early, because you might need to walk a bit. Make sure you check all the parking signs as well. More...

Dr. Winkler made me feel very comfortable, right from the beginning.  He's genuinely tuned in to me and interested in helping me work through the issues I enlisted his services for.  A good listener, he also will cut to the chase (right through the bs) and tell it as he sees it when things become very clear to him.  I would recommend him to anyone needing phsychiatric help.
