Small group training is an amazing way to get yourself in shape and feel great about your body! Amanda, Jessica, Denise, Annie, Twyla - all of the trainers are awesome, professional, fun, hardworking and motivating. Highly recommend!!!

I had 2 massage this week. This first was close to where I live in Boston and I felt the same way as I arrived. Today I had a massage by Twyla and what a freaking difference! I even got homework/exercises to help improve my shoulders (rotator cuffs) and hips related to training in muay thai, not to mention I'm normally a ball of stress. I can't wait to go back! More...

Went here for a massage with Twyla. This place is a hidden gem! Very informative and friendly staff. They hit all your tight muscles, as well as providing helpful stretches and recommendations to relieve tension in your problem areas.

Twyla is an Amazing trainer. Not only does she do a great job pushing me but she makes me feel confident about myself while doing it. She educated me on how to check myself for proper form when i work out by myself which has helped me significantly at home. Went in for a massage with Twyla. Honestly this place is a hidden gem! Great service and personable staff. Give great explanation of the muscles being worked on and get to your tight areas. Went in for soreness in my back and we found it was linked to tension in my piriformis muscle, she gave me some stretches and exercises to work into my routine to relieve pain in the future. More...

I started at Level Up about 6 weeks ago, and I am loving my results so far. In all honesty, I didn't know exactly what I was getting myself into; I am typically a cardio-only girl. At Level Up, I have really been pushed and have increased my strength through their small-group personal training classes- using free weights, interval training and yoga. I have been happy with all of the trainers; I was finishing up my recovery from abdominal surgery when I started at the studio, and they were all great about modifying for me when necessary and communicating with each other about my restrictions and progress. Good to know: -they offer one-on-one personal training, small group personal training and massages -they are located towards the end of a long one-way road; look for the blue awning just past the Ever Source property; there is a small lot or some street parking -they really seem to make adjustments according to their clientele; I know they've added more classes at times that clients have requested -they rent out some of their space to a Krav Maga studio- I haven't taken a class, but it looks interesting and the guy who runs it is super nice -the gym is small, not too fancy; right up my alley, but I know some people like all the bells and whistles -Twyla, who owns the studio, is awesome! She has helped me with my fitness and nutrition; she's been my biggest cheerleader! More...

I just got my first massage with Twyla and it was honestly the best massage I have ever had. I have scoliosis and some other structural/muscular issues and she not only made me feel better, but was able to explain why, and suggest some areas for me to focus my exercise and stretching on. Her knowledge of the musculoskeletal system was so key to making this so much more than "just a good massage." More...

I just received a medical massage from Twyla and I tell you she was top notch, I get regular massages every few months and she was the best! I thought she was a doctor, knew every muscle and joint, I still feel great two days later. I found Off The Wall on Living Social and I'm so glad I did! Amanda was a pleasure to work with every session and there were measurable results after a month of working with her! There wasn't a day I didn't pour sweat when I was there. The only downside to the whole experience is not being able to afford sessions beyond it being a gift :( Thank you Amanda and Twyla for whipping my tush into shape and for giving me the tools I need to attempt this working out thing on my own! Twyla Everett has been devoted to the art of movement and body healing for over 9 years. As a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Counselor, and Licensed Massage Therapist, she specializes in Sports Massage and Functional Flexibility.

Her therapeutic touch incorporates manual stretching and release methods, working with scar tissue, and releasing the sources of tension in our bodies.
