I have worked with many production companies over the last 10 years shooting videos for marketing, branding, and events. I have now worked with Nick and Level 2 productions on a few events. I was hugely impressed with the job he did working with Michael Franti, Jerry Rice, and Steve Young. I have worked with Nick and his team for about 10 years now and cannot say enough good things about them! Level 2 Productions is my go-to partner for all my media needs - from photography (social media, food, real estate, website and PR content, live events, headshots) to video production (short form, long form, drone), and for lighting. Chinatown Community Development Center and Mission Economic Development Corporation jointly developed and leased out100% affordable senior housing in the Mission in early 2020 in partnership with the Mayor's Office of Housing and Community Development. In order to celebrate the success of the project during the pandemic, CCDC reached out to Level 2 Productions to help create a 15-minute video where we interviewed key stakeholders, including the residents housed at the new housing to share their experiences. The Level 2 team did an amazing job on interviewing, editing, creatively adding in images and music to complete a video that could seamlessly be incorporated into the virtual Grand Opening ceremony with the Mayor and many stakeholders of the project. I had an amazing experience with Jared and his team at Level 2 Productions.  They were on time, friendly, efficient and the quality was amazing.  As at any live virtual event, there was a hiccup or two and they dealt with it promptly and efficiently.  They even gave us suggestions on what/how we can make our next event better, like giving away prizes and having the prizes show up on the screen to get people excited.  They made me feel very comfortable and they paid attention to all the little details.  We had over 300 people and multiple T.V.'s Etc and it was just awesome!!  I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future ;).  Krista Mashore More...

I used Level 2 last week. I was from out of town and needed a videographer for my YouTube video. They were very responsive immediately which is always a good sign. They were able to work within my budget as well. They were also early to both events I needed them at and were very social and professional at the same time Because this was during Covid; they went above and beyond to comply with all social distancing and testing needed. Level 2 Productions is a comprehensive and accommodating video production service. My experience with them was flawless and absolutely professional. Nicholas and Jared are the two main employees I worked with, and they took care of me through my entire project.I needed a style video for one of my clients, and they responded quickly with many options and packages. It was so easy for me to decide what I needed and wanted with their expertise. Nick was simply amazing to work with.  His work looks incredible, he was extremely responsive to our requests, and his professionalism was exemplified by his respect for Covid-safety guidelines. We wanted our condo loft video'd and photographed for future rentals and the chance we decide to sell it.  It was difficult to convey the feeling of vastness from the 25' ceilings and large windows with our iPhone camera so we called on Nick because of the fantastic video he created for a property sale.  We're so glad to have invested in Nick's work because we have total confidence that our property will get plenty of attention with the aid of his video and pictures. My business needed a video that could explain what we do, in an effective and clear way. While I could just make a quick video at home, the quality and professionalism that came with Level 2 Productions was completely OVER my expectations. I think one of the biggest fears  any business owner encounters, is the unforeseen quality in trying new services. The Shoot:Jared came out with all of his equipment, set it up in no time, and helped me with my script. I had some ideas, but to be completely honest, I told him I needed help writing it. Without question, he provided me some guidelines on what works best. To verify, I did some research and every point he suggested was backed by the research I found. During the shoot, I needed more time, and Jared worked overtime with us! He made me feel calm during the shoot, which really helped because I was a bit nervous when we started. But by the end, I was completely at peace and was extremely excited for the results.The Editing:Unlike most studios that will edit your content and deliver it without any more edits, Level 2 Productions has a process where you are able to provide feedback during every frame of the video! They send you a link, and you watch you video. While you watch it, you can comment on which parts you enjoy, which parts you want to change, and which parts you want out completely! It took us a few iterations to get the product we wanted, but the final result looks SO professional!Verdict:Every aspect, from the communication, to the shoot, and finally the editing, was professional and amazing. We will be working with Level 2 Productions in the future, and will be recommending them with every client we have. More...
