My husband and I decided to select Lev Designs to gut and renovate my kitchen. Having gone through the renovation of other areas of my home, we know what a process that can be. Having no kitchen would be upsetting; I love to cook and for me the kitchen is truly the heart of the home. Lev Designs team made the whole process less stressful. Everything they did from start to finish was handled professionally which put me at ease. The whole team was excellent. I love my kitchen and I can’t wait to show it off. Do yourself a huge favor, and choose MJB now! I’m a single senior lady, who woke up one morning and decided to build my dream house. I choose them because of their fabulous reputation with past clients. All I can say is that I was truly blessed to find MJB and work with them. I have a 2bd 2bath, 2500sq ft home, overlooking Folsom lake. I designed the house myself after 30years of going through model homes, and I couldn’t have imagined how amazing it would turn out!! Mike, the owner is very professional, meticulous, and just an all around “good, honest” guy. He sure had some headaches to work through due to unforeseen pitfalls. And by the way, he was incredible with staying on budget. He is the brother, I never had. I really think that the house is great but the fun and laughs, were the best! Doughnuts, on Friday. I cannot say enough about Vadim and his support team. We had been unsuccessful in obtaining permits for our project and was advised by the County to hire a designer/architect and engineer to do our plans. The LEV team did an amazing job in putting together our plans quickly and worked with their resources to get an Engineer to review and sign off on the plans and obtain a new Title 24 report. The LEV team was able to resolve the problems we had with the County and the Fire Department so we could finally get our permits. They are quick in responding to your calls or requests for information and are good about providing information so you can understand what is going on in the process.
