I regularly send flowers to my Mom, and this week was the second time I’ve used Lepley to send arrangements to her in Ohio (I live a couple states away now). Good communication, and ordering directly from them (as opposed to using a national network… I like to buy local when possible) seems to have gotten me a lot of extra bang for my buck; Mom loves flowers, and she told me that both arrangements have been some of the best that I’ve sent so far. I ordered a “florist’s discretion” arrangement for the one Mom received today, just selecting a general themed color scheme and size from their website (+ I opted to spring for a bonus half-dozen roses and their signature vase, because… well, it IS my mom and all…) and they really did an amazing job. I love this store! I go to the Massillon location. Gorgeous shop, and fun plants and gifts. I love supporting local businesses and they have lots of gifts from local artists as well. I could wander the store all day! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable! All the plants are well taken care of and they have such a great variety to choose from. I love too that they have an in-house florist shop! I will be using that service very soon! Can’t wait to pop back in and see what new plants they’ve got in! My philodendron moonlight is doing very well and I think wants me to bring home a new friend for my birthday!!! More...

I went for the first time today! It’s a beautiful little place. The owner helped me change my online order to in-store pickup. All the employees greeted me, and they were super sweet and helpful. My fiancé got me a cute cactus for Christmas, and he said he had the best customer service experience! The owner, Justin, re-potted the cactus and drilled a whole in the bottom so the planter had plenty of drainage, and even wrapped the cactus too! I have been at the location in Massillon a few times myself as well, and was always greeted with friendly smiles and excellent service. Beautiful store! They have a large selection of unique plants at fair prices. The store is well decorated and stocked. Overall it has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The owners are very kind and courteous. During my visit I mentioned that I wanted to bring in my grandmother who is in a wheelchair and wasn’t sure how that would be possible. They told me to call ahead and they would make accommodations so she could come in a different entrance. She was so excited as many places aren’t able to do this.
