Lena has been training me for about a year now.... I have seen a huge difference in my strength and endurance... She is a great trainer for many reasons. ... She challenges me... Motivates me... Encourages me... And most importantly believes in me even when I don't! A personal trainer has to wear many hats..... They have to get to know their individual clients goals... And then choose a workout plan that is customized for that client according to their individual physical capabilities. Lena has done an excellent job in all those areas with me as well as other clients that I've been able to observe during group boot camps and training sessions. More...

Lena Suh has been my trainer for a year now and I can't tell you enough how fantastic and inspiring she is everyday! We have done cardio training, circuit training and boxing! Out of the three, the boxing is by far my favorite!! Lena also gave me a nutrition guide that worked perfectly just for me! I was fortunate enough to loose 25 lbs last summer and also gain some much needed muscle! I thank you Lena Suh for being such a great trainer and a great friend!!! More...

First of all I'm not one who really takes the time to write reviews but in this case I felt it nesesary. Lena's background in health and fitness tells a story but her knowledge and professionalism completes it. Within a session she knew my strong and week points and recommended a routine and diet plan customized for my needs and my personal wants. Best of all is her pricing is more than reasonable for any budget. If you want to loose those extra pounds in a timely manner Lena Suh is a one stop shop. . So i had been trying to workout on my own, that was not working for me. So a friend told me about Lena. I set up an appointment with her, talked my boyfriend into going with me. The most important step is sitting down with my client and having the first initial "talk" about them. Getting to know your client first is important because I want to know how I can help fit a "exercise program" and "meal planning" in their everyday life.

It's changing your lifestyle and making better decisions one day at a time.

It makes me happy when my clients are excited to see changes in their body and overall health.

Owning my own business helps me with a schedule that I needed because I am a single mom for the past 10 years!
