I went through about 20 limo companies until I found this one! The journey to find a non-sketchy limo company within my budget was a struggle but Scott reached back out to me and helped me find an affordable price. He was kind and patient and answered all my questions with detail. I was a bit nervous when the company was a couple of minutes late to pickup but Scott assured me that this wouldnt affect my hour and money. Our chauffeur was super nice and drove with care! Excellent service from start to finish! Scott answered all my emails in a timely manner and made the booking process simple and easy. Very professional, efficient, and accommodating. Of the various companies I contacted, he gave me the best quote. Not only that, he also gave me a free upgrade to a larger vehicle. Sweet! The driver Carl was also great. He was on-time, patient, understanding, and flexible with the schedule. Since it rained on the wedding day, my husband and I were unsure if we could still go to the park for the outdoor pictures after the church ceremony. We told Carl to please wait at the church, while we discussed with the photographer the rain location for the photos. Fortunately, he didn't have to wait too long, because the rain stopped and the sun came out. So we were able to head to the park for the pictures, but later than scheduled. I booked Legendary Limos for my wedding in October 2020 but rescheduled for April 2021. Scott was incredibly understanding, reliable, helpful, and honest. I had a great experience working with Legendary Limousines. It was very easy to book our limo with Scott, and he answered my questions very promptly. They gave me a much better quote than any other company I contacted. Our Cadillac Escalade limo was very clean and everything looked new. It had a really impressive sound system. Our driver Angel was awesome and arrived early. My wife and I were looking for a limo for our wedding and came across Legendary Limos.  We saw their great reviews and decided to give them a shot.  Scott, the owner, responded to our request for a quote within hours and the rate was very reasonable compared to other limo services.<br><br>We met with Scott to make a deposit and he was flexible with his hours, he even stayed late to wait for us to come after work to show us the Chrysler 300 limo.  He explained that the balance needed to be paid in cash only and pointed it out on the contract so this did not catch us by surprise.  <br><br>Scott was very responsive and accommodating, we had to change the rental hours a few weeks before our wedding and he responded within a day and sent us an updated contract.  <br><br>Enough about Scott, Bert, the driver, showed up early and called us to let us know he was outside.  Bert was professional, drove safely to all of our stops, and kept us on schedule. We booked Legendary Limo for our wedding day to shuffle us and our wedding party across 4 stops between Brooklyn and uptown Manhattan over the course of about 5 hours. From the start, Scott was incredibly responsive always answering our emails within hours and always available by phone. We met in person to check out the car, review the contract, the schedule and locations for our big day, and make the deposit. All of this happened seamlessly and pricing was so affordable, way below what we had budgeted for. <br><br>On the day of, Bert was our driver. He was courteous, professional, and friendly. The limo was clean, stocked with bottled water, and fit the 10 of us comfortably with extra room for several large bags. Bert even helped us take photos with the limo throughout each stop. We never felt rushed between stops. My husband and I were meticulously looking for a good affordance limo service for our wedding. We came across Legendary Limo, and saw its great ratings compared to others on yelp. <br><br>Of course, we were still cautious due to some bad ratings, and horrific experiences written on them. I called and emailed several limo companies before choosing legendary limousines. There rates were so much better compared to other limousine companies. I couldn't be more satisfied with Scott answering all my questions regarding safety, scheduling, fleets, and cost. Scott realized right away I was worried about my sisters bachelorette wine tour being ruined by any transportation issues. He explained to me a deposit would be needed and I could pay the remaining balance on a card but it would have to be no later than a week before the event. If not the balance would have to be paid in full day of and only CASH would be accepted. He knew exactly which driver would be best for my sisters event. I can't say enough good things about our driver Rory. He put us all at ease, accommodating all are request especially since we were such a large group (12). He took group pictures for us, he knew to ask us after every stop which location would be next since we changed our minds a lot. I rented a party bus from Legendary Limousines for a bachelorette party in July, and everyone was so pleased with their service. Our driver Rory was a blast, super accommodating, and made sure we were safe and having fun! He went above and beyond -- taking pictures of our group, showing us how to connect our phones to the bluetooth for music, and making sure we had plenty of ice. Let me just say I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED AND APPALLED WITH THE SERVICE RECEIVED!!! As the bride, I was extremely embarrassed and upset, sobbing my eyes out during my wedding day this weekend that just passed. We booked one limo after initially intended to book two because Scott appeared super nice, and advised that it made more sense to just book one which I viewed as having a lot of integrity because when I thought about, it made sense since the men would be driving from the ceremony to the reception, and the hotel, park to take pictures, and church was only 10-15 min away from each other.<br><br>First of all, the driver (Rory) barely gave me time to breathe, as I walked out my hotel, he said, "you owe me the balance in full." I said, "Ok, just charge it to the card I paid with over the phone." He goes, "No, balance is CASH ONLY and that's how it is with most limos; I was being nice by not charging you at 12. I also upgraded you to a 12 seater." Uh-no you didn't when the contract clearly stated we booked a 12 seater; but I digress. He did not ask the men on arrival (which would have been nice) b/c then I would have been able to go to an ATM before, since we were the second group to be picked up. Imagine the horror of being embarrassed in public like this, on what's supposed to be the best day of my life. HE DID NOT GIVE ME A BREAKDOWN OF THE BALANCE DUE!! He would not even state the specific amount due!! <br><br>When he took the first group of men to the park from the hotel to take pictures, HE DID NOT KNOW THE CORRECT PARK TO TAKE THEM TO!!! THEN AFTER BRINGING US TO THE CEREMONY AND WE'RE ABOUT TO LEAVE, HE ASKED ME FOR THE NAME AND ADDRESS OF THE VENUE OF THE RECEPTION!! HELLO!! The contract CLEARLY STATES my reception is in one state over. He initially told me all charges were included but changed it up and looked annoyed and upset that he had to drive to NJ. WELL HELLO, THE CONTRACT STATES ALL LOCATIONS for the time period rented. He then tells me I have to pay him another $40 for tolls. I was initially told verbally when I called for a quote that if I was just just using one limo it would be $725 base, (with tip it's $870 and if tolls are required $900). My contract also makes no mention of the exact toll fees, despite detailing all of the locations. At this point, I have already paid $800 cash to Rory so as per my conversation when I received the initial quote, I believe I had already covered it, but who wants to argue over $40 on their wedding day, with all the spectators and people around? <br><br>I booked the limo until 6 and he had THE NERVE to act annoyed that we didn't leave the limo despite arriving at our venue at 5. He was antsy, and pacing and I had to asked him, "well, this limo is booked until 6, right? Well yea, we're going to need another 20 min." What if I didn't want to make an entrance right away, during the cocktail hour as the bride? Get off my case. Bad enough you already embarrassed the hec out of me, on my special day, in front of everyone. Then I had to go into the venue to iron out a situation, and then he told two of my bridesmaids (closer to 5:30), that they needed to get their stuff out of the limo and that we'd be getting charged for going over. HEC TO THE N-O!! 6 is 6!! If it was 5:50 or 5:55, I'd totally get it, but how dare you act like you want to kick us out of the limo upon arrival 1hr before our time is up. If you have somewhere else you'd rather be, that is YOUR PROBLEM AND NOT MINE. Your service is appalling and I wish I hadn't given you your tip UPFRONT because maybe you'd have a reason to behave properly!! <br><br>The icing on the cake is that I DID NOT RECEIVE A RECEIPT FOR THE BALANCE I PAID IN FULL!! This is very strange. I was so upset and embarrassed I didn't focus on that at the time, but I need my receipt showing my payment of $940 in total. I also don't understand how debit cards are not accepted. If you already have my credit card details on file from my deposit, I don't why the balance due can't be frozen on the card (as with card rentals) until service is rendered, and then the balance can be sorted in cash. We're also moving towards a cashless society, so it's a bit annoying you can't pay via card or other electronic means.<br><br>I still don't think Scott himself is a bad person per se, I just think the service was awful due to the driver's lack of professionalism. I spent days gathering quotes for a specific limo, after getting a very fair quote from Scott I booked one of those limos, the Chrysler 300. Made my deposit over the phone with a credit card. I inquired about a larger limo if we exceeded our guest capacity, then I declined opting to keep our Chrysler 300. 20 minutes before my pick up time, I receive a text message from our driver that we had been "upgraded free of charge" to a Mercedes Party Bus. A vehicle I specifically was avoiding due to the appearance and distance/terrain of the trip, I knew it would be a very bouncy and wobbly ride (from personal experience). I was also never informed that in the fine print on my deposit form, the entire balance was to be paid in CASH upon pick-up, no card accepted. Luckily we happened to have the cash between us and were able to make our event on time. I also specifically left our ride open ended, and made it clear that we did not know what time our event would end. Yet I still received a text DURING the event at 11pm that they had a reservation after ours (that I was never made aware of) and that we needed to leave shortly, so we were forced to leave our event early. To top off the evening, our 15 passenger party bus with only 6 people in it was swaying and bouncing for the hour+ ride home, leaving me the great parting gift of motion sickness and vomiting upon being dropped off. <br><br>While the rate was fair, and Scott was plenty fine to deal with leading up to my reservation. Not discussing the vehicle change with me, never specifically stating that I would be paying $600 cash upon pick up with no cards accepted, and rushing us out of our event was just poor business. <br><br>I ONLY gave this 2 stars instead of 1 because our driver Bert was great and the party bus was clean, he had nothing to do with the issues we incurred. Excellent service! Made the reservation a few months in advance for 10 people, however, a month before the event I had to add another person to the limo. I ask Scott if he had anything available, and he provided us with a 13 passenger party bus. Scott was very accommodating.<br><br>On the day of, our driver was Bert. Legendary is properly named! My wife had me on the hook to find a limo for my twins 15th birthday to enjoy with their friends. Problem was it was Friday afternoon and I needed it in less than 24hrs. My husband surprised me for my 40th birthday party, and invited some friends and family (thirteen in total). The party bus picked us up in Bay Ridge in Brooklyn and drove us to the Meat Packing District in Manhattan. Bert, the driver, was prompt, very friendly and drove safely. He helped people on and off the bus, and helped my disabled mother on and off the bus, and up the stairs to her home. He also stopped traffic since there were no stop signs or lights outside of the parked bus. I thanked him at the end of the night and he stated that he was happy to be part of my day. He looked sincere. <br> <br>The bus was clean and there was an option of lights. We picked the flickering lights between red and blue. We also played one of my favorite movies (Wonder Woman) while going to and from our destination. This is an amazing limo company! I recently rented a limo for my wedding in June. Reserving the limo was an extremely easy process and Scott made me feel very comfortable. I recieved a confirmation email and even called the morning of to confirm everything. He picked up my bride at the Hilton Downtown I gave pickup instructions, needing the driver on a particular street and they were exactly where i needed them. The driver was dressed in a nice suit and the Escalade stretch was a beaut. The limo was clean and the lights added a nice touch.  The driver was so helpful, and even assisted the bride in getting in and out of the limo. We were taken from the church to Williamsburg, Brooklyn and we made great timing. Legendary helped make my wedding so memorable. I needed to book a limousine to drive my daughter and her nine friends from Westchester to New York for a "sweet sixteen" dinner. I called a bunch of places, got a range of prices, but then decided to trust the reviews on yelp and go with legendary limousines. They had very competitive prices and also Scott, who handled the reservation, was patient, efficient and willing to answer all my questions (Yay for Scott. I had a lot of questions since I was so anxious about putting ten 16 year-old girls in a car and having them driven to the city). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.  The only reason I did not give it five stars is that I thought the driver drove a little fast at times. (However he did get us to our dinner exactly on time)  My husband and I were following the limo in our car and couldn't keep up at times...(maybe we are geezers) However I called the driver and he immediately slowed down. All I can say right now is stop searching for a limousine company because you do not need to look anywhere else. I called almost every single limousine company in the NY area for my wedding and it is the hardest thing to find an honest and trustworthy company. It's basically like dealing with a dirty used car salesman for every other company. It's so extremely hard to find someone honest and I did. I dealt with Scott directly at Legendary Limousines and what a pleasure it was. All of these other companies made me feel weary of whether the limo or party bus in my case would even show up. I was so skeptical and I asked him so many times are you sure this is the bus I'm getting and it will show up on time are you sure several times and with not with one sense of him being bothered whatsoever he was glad to do it and made me feel reassured and told me the bus that I was getting would be the bus and would show up on time, which is what I worried about because of horror bait and switch or not showing up on time story reviews. If your worried like I was trying to pick the perfect limo and finding someone honest this is the one hands down. As soon as you call and speak to him you will know exactly what I am talking about and you will feel relieved if you put your trust in his hands. You will get exactly what you will see and it will show up on time.
