I saw the add online, and called them and made an appointment for a person to come out to my house and give me the information as to what i need. The whole start to finish was extremely smooth. At no time did the represenative ever try to put pressure me to do something. When the represenative left he said he'd be back in about 3 weeks to check on my progress.
