About

I am a Goal Setting Consultant and a Self Empowerment Coach. I work with teens and adults to learn about their strengths, self-esteem, and self-worth.

I have been working with individuals on these topics since 2001. I have owned my own business since 2020.

Q&As

I have had the privilege of facilitating individuals and groups in self-discovery since 2002. I feel honored to be invited in to help guide my clients to reaching their new selves. Send me a message, and let's discuss how we can work together.

I saw a need for a life coach who has experience working with individuals with invisible differences. With my background, I have been able to learn different technics on how to accommodate a diverse group of needs.

I have worked with a wide range of individuals with various needs. I can do zooms, phone calls, emails, texts, or a combination, whatever you feel most comfortable with. I genuinely love being a part of the learning process and guiding my clients to recognize their strengths and how to shine.

I prefer to provide services remotely. I can do this through zoom or a platform you are most comfortable using. Send me a message, and we can discuss which platform you prefer.

I work with my clients remotely, so the issues with Covid-19 are not an issue.
