We just closed on a condo with Valerie. Not only is she super on top of emails and client contact she also didn't question our offers. She took what we wanted as clients and made it work. We ended up getting a waterfront condo at nearly 20,000 dollars less than what all the surrounding ones were going for. Valerie and her team were fantastic and we will 100% be buying from her again.
