I randomly found LD Floral Designs through bark and could not be happier with a florist! Lisa runs her own floral business out of her house and was so amazingly kind and fun to work with. I got married in April of 2021 and Lisa designed, delivered, set up, and took down beautiful flower arrangements and decor rentals to make our wedding truly stunning (and stress free for myself). She was very flexible and worked really hard to help me maximize within our budget. Lisa went above and beyond, touring the venue independently and working with my family members to collaborate and decorate our reception space. Everyone who interacted with her (or her team) made of point of telling me how kind and organized they were. Lisa did my flowers for my rehearsal dinner and they were INCREDIBLE! The staff at the restaurant and my wedding planner couldn't stop talking about how beautiful it made the space and they all took so many pictures to have for themselves. Lisa is the kindest person to work with and she really listened to my needs and worked so hard to make sure everything was what I had in mind. I HIGHLY recommend LD floral designs!! I have also gotten a center pieces from Lisa and it is a work of art. What do you love most about your job?
Being able to do what I’m most passionate about everyday! I love finding new varieties of flowers and incorporating them into my designs.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My desire to work with flowers started at a young age. I spent countless hours in the garden with my mother. Some of my happiest memories as a child was when I would go to the garden center with my mother. What a sight!! The colors, the smells, the textures!!! I would find myself racing around creating beautiful palettes of flowers and colors. It always came so naturally.
At the age of 18, I began my career Working in the neighborhood flower shop. I am so blessed to still be in the flower business today, and I enjoy helping a bride on her journey in creating their dream wedding.

I’m fully committed to my brides and will be there through the entire event process. I only book one wedding at a time and can guarantee the bride a seamless result from beginning to end.
