Our church used LB Catering for three different meals over the span of 2 days to serve approx. 120 people. Mariela was wonderful to work with - we had some dietary concerns and she addressed and handled them beautifully. Her meals were creative, tasty and the food got rave reviews from all of our attendees. Her meals were served on time and clean up was all taken care of to the delight of our kitchen ladies who were there just to assist as needed. They were great and very easy. I had checked their reviews and knew what to expect. I reached out via Bark and received a very quick response. I was provided a menu with the prices clearly outlined. I selected the tac bar. We asked for corn and flour tortilla and they accommodated us with no extra fee. I had 19 guests and even though I was told it was enough food for 19 guests I ordered for 23 people. I have very little leftovers because we loved the tacos so much we ate all of it. My family can eat. They arrived right at 4 p.m. as agreed and they didn't even charge us extra for delivery even though they delivered to the Mirage which is on the strip. Extremely professional and most importantly the food was great! We had the American 2 buffet special and the brisket and chicken were delicious. I had LB cater a gathering just after a very emotional funeral service. We had a Mexican cuisine, although I discovered later they do most any cuisines (Italian, Indian, etc. ). For our event, they made street tacos. I chose grilled chicken, carne asada, and pork carnitas as the meat. They also provided chips, guacamole, salsa, onions, plates, utensils, and napkins. The street tacos were amazing. I ate 5 of them! Luis and Blecing (the LB) were friendly and attended to our every need. As I told them after finishing my fifth taco. “LB is so good, you will add lbs!
