We ask the client about their event, what they like and dislike and the feeling they want to give their guests. We compile a menu completely centered around our clients needs and wants ensuring that we deliver a memorable meal, specifically catered to their needs.

I love meeting new people! I have always been a people person and through cooking it allows me to connect and be apart of people's major life events. Over a meal, you learn a lot about people and I get to feed them a great meal.

My family has always been savvy in the kitchen and before I even dreamed of starting a catering business I was feeding local children in my neighborhood and in various organizations. I was always the one to feed, teach and encourage those who did not know how to cook. Through that it evolved into me catering for local businesses, then I bought my first mobile grill and I have been in business ever since!

We take the time to ensure that we are not just throwing you a menu that is a general menu, we actually ask your opinion and each job we go into I prepare it as though I am preparing it for my own family.
