We research consumer credit data to determine which patients have the highest potential of paying, we skip-trace patients through consumer databases to find current phone #s and addresses to get in touch with the patients, and we use collection software IMPACT that sends out notices, reminders, and manages patient information in a secure environment.

Once we’ve identified the patient’s current contact information, we utilize software that alerts us of any financial changes in their lives, whether it’s an application for a new credit card, a credit check for an auto loan, or a pre-approval for a home loan, OR the sale of a property.
