This review is long overdue. My family and I would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Law Office of Karen Winston and her team for taking on a very complicated case and gifting us with the best outcome ever. I would say to anyone who is going through the immigration process, please seek council prior to submitting any paperwork. So many new laws in place and the process can be quite complicated. I tried to save money by starting the process myself and ended up with a nightmare on my hands. My niece application was denied due to me not reading all documents thoroughly and unable to decipher what exactly INS was asking for. It was a pretty stressful period for our family, not only was my niece facing possible deportation, but she was also close to turning 18, which would have even been more complicated. I made an appointment with Karen Winston Law Firm and Attorney Cassandra Paniagua was assigned to our case. She was very knowledgeable, compassionate and immediately came up a plan of action on how we should proceed. Paralegal Joseph, went over a detailed checklist with everything we needed to move forward with the application. I received daily phone calls, emails and text messages until all paperwork were completed, reviewed and were ready to be sent out. The entire team went above and beyond and did everything possible to put us at ease. Regardless of the outcome, I felt 100% that they had done everything possible for my family. I am so happy to report that within 6 months of taking our case, my niece was granted her citizenship. The firm didn’t stop there, they also made sure that we knew how to go about getting her social security and identification cards. I wish I could give the Law firm a million stars. Hola mi nombre es Edgar vivo en el estado de Georgia y acavo de recibir mi CiudadanÃa gracias a Dios y a Law Office of Karen Winston. Tenia yo un caso muy difÃcil. En el pasado abia pasado por unos problemas el cual tube cargos criminales qué me hacÃan ver como un monstruo. Además de que en la forma que pasaron los hecho era también confusa lo cual contribuia a el mal entendimiento de mi caso. Al iniciar el procedimiento de mi ciudadanÃa lo hice yo solo y al momento de mi entrevista no supe defender ni explicar mi situación por lo que resultó en queme negaran la ciudadanÃa. Mi corazón se quebró en mil pedazos pero al mismo tiempo entendà que tenia que encontrar a alguien que me representará. También me di cuenta que es muy difÃcil encontrar a alguien que no solo tuviera los conocimientos legales para defenderme y ala vez también un corazón humanitario dispuesto a pelear por demostrar que yo no era el mounstro que se me hacia ver. Hable con muchos abogados en Georgia y no me convenzan ni sentÃa esa humanidad en eyos, como qué sus intereses eran otros. Hasta que tube el honor de conocer a Ms. Karen Winston. En ella pude ver que es una persona muy lista qué sabe muy bien lo que esta haciendo pero más importante que eso ella tiene un corazón enorme. Durante mi proceso pude ver como se esforzaba para comprender mi caso confuso. Pues la verdad yo aveces me sentÃa con pocas esperanzas y recuerdo que eya me decÃa; No te preocupes Mr. Gil bamos a pelear. Y asà sucedió me preparo para la entrevista y ese dÃa ahà en la oficina de inmigración, la entrevista comenzó mal por parte del oficial pero Ms. Karen supo manejar la situación muy bien y muy profecionalmente. El oficial nos dijo que de 2 a 3 dÃas nos darÃan la respuesta. Pero Ms. Karen se aseguro de jegarle al oficial la suficiente evidencia para que pudiera tomar su decisión justamente, todo se lo dejó ahà y a los 30 minutos recibe notificación qué mi aplicación avÃa sido aceptada. Eya me llamo y cuando me lo dijo sentà que mi corazón se iva a salir. Al poco tiempo fui a mi ceremonia y ahora ya soy Ciudadano Americano gracias a Dios y al esfuerzo y dedicación del el equipo de Law Office of Karen Winston. Al también recibir mi pasaporte de inmediato me fui a México para ver a mis padres, hermanos familiares y amigos qué no veÃa en más de 3 años y al regresar no tube ninguna dificultad. More...

I highly recommend Attorney Karen Winston for any immigration issues because she is very professional and methodical. I was subject of deportation and my case was very complicated; I had a lot of anxiety and stress of going back to my home country.
