I found Inna from a judge that I work for. I spoke to Inna and I was 100% sure she will come through for me. First she was very down to earth and very personable. She didn't treat me like I was nothing and she was this big attorney. We were laughing and talking with her as I would talk to my friends. Second, she closed my case within weeks. This is the way I found Law Office of Inna Fershteyn - she came up with the best rating for an estate attorney in NY with over 190 reviews. My mom needed to draft a will and do a medical proxy and even thought this didn’t look like a big job, I wanted to find an attorney that we can call in the future if we have any other problems.I hate to say the reviews I read were all very genuine and described experience we had with the law office of Inna Fershteyn. First, it was very easy to speak to her paralegal to make an appointment and she was very nice and genuinely happy to see us when we came in. Second, Inna made us feel like we were her only clients- she spend over 1 hour answering s lot of questions that my mom had (she had property in another country and she also wanted to buy life insurance as she is a single parent). Third, all our papers were ready and executed with Inna very quickly as we didn’t want to wait 2-3 weeks for the paperwork to be done. I now became a guardian of both of my sisters but the issue was how can we make sure that the funds that the girls were receiving due to generosity of our community would be preserved for the girls until the are adults and how can they be eligible for government benefits and not lose any help from the government. At this point we were very lucky as Inna Fershteyn and her wonderful law office stepped in to help. She met with me and my aunts and set up a Trust for the girls totally FREE of charge. She did it very quickly and cancelled her other clients to accommodate our schedule. She even brought financial planner to help us- also free of charge.
