Great attorney but charges 375 for a 30 minute phone call that wasn’t even that long. I have several billed phone calls and didn’t think or wasn’t advised I would be charged such expensive amounts for a 10 minute call.

I met Mr. Janay today and my fingers are crossed that he will be able to help me. He’s the first attorney I’ve contacted to know what “Cashapp” is, as a banking entity. I’m grateful for NJ Essex County Bar Association for the referral. More...

Mr. Janay and Claire were wonderful to me. I don't know what these other reviewers are talking about or expecting. Yes, I paid a retainer and many letters were written on my behalf and in the end, I didn't get a dime. That has nothing to do with my legal team. I didn't get what I was going for because Mr. Janay told me (after new info was found) that basically I would be fighting a very hard battle with no guarantee of winning. It would cost me much too much money. How many lawyers would've said "Let's go for it" possibly leaving me homeless?  Many!But he and Claire were always professional, kind and honest.
