What do you love most about your job?
Finding out that I'm a highly sensitive person has made a huge impact on my life, such as how I respond to my feelings and needs, what I prioritize, and having a better understanding of myself in general. I love working with other HSPs to help them build their self-knowledge and toolbox of skills to make positive changes.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I also work as a therapist for a telehealth company, and I love working from home! I wanted some of my work to be more HSP-focused, so I decided to start my own coaching business for HSPs.

As a licensed therapist and as a highly sensitive person myself, I have both professional and personal experience working with people with this trait.

My services are provided remotely, but I am willing to meet in person if you live locally (Keene, New Hampshire area).
BALANCE Program
This is a three month 1:1 coaching program for HSPs who are ready to set boundaries, implement practical self-care, and create a more balanced life. I am also available to work with parents of highly sensitive children.
Included is 60 minute bi-weekly video calls (these six hours of high-touch coaching bring about huge transformations with life balance, awareness of your needs, and setting boundaries), 1:1 Voxer support (Voxer support (texting and voice messaging) is in place for implementation strategy and questions in between our bi-weekly calls), and personalized resources (I will provide you with personalized resources that will help you take action steps toward attaining your goals).
