As the Mother of the Bride, I knew the minute I met Laura that we would work well together. We contracted her as our Day of Coordinator. My daughter and now son-in-law's wedding had a lot of moving parts to it and executing everything on the day of was flawless because of Laura. She was there for the rehearsal and then the day of to help pin boutonnieres, manage deliveries, execute the decorating, travel to the church and make sure everyone had the perspective flowers, and get the wedding party down the isle and then travel back to the venue to make sure everything was executed the way the couple envisioned. She even put together the "give away" gifts exactly the way my daughter wanted and the sparklers were lit in a perfectly timed manner! Working with Laura was an absolute dream. After we met her at our walkthrough, my mom and I both agreed that we had made a fantastic decision choosing her as our day-of coordinator. She is so positive, upbeat, organized, and flexible- she made our rehearsal run super smoothly and reassured me that we would do both an inside and outside rehearsal if need be (due to weather). She was so excited for us on our wedding day and made sure our ceremony ran flawlessly. Everything was set-up beautifully inside and outside the venue and simply having her around made me, my husband, and my family feel so at ease. Laura was really great to work with! We used her as our Day Of Coordinator, but she was always willing to answer all my questions via email. She really made everything go smoothly on the day of our wedding. We had a rainy morning, and she was very accommodating with playing it by ear and fortunately we were able to get things set up outside and the rain held off! Laura made our wedding day SO perfect!! We met her while touring our venue and I loved her sweet, bubbly attitude and that she was so familiar with our venue. She was super easy to work with and flexible with our budget. I didn't have to worry about a thing on our wedding day. I barely saw Laura the day of because she was so busy working and running around making sure everything was perfect. She has a great eye for design as well. Laura is the ideal coordinator to work with and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator. My step mom met Laura while checking out some venues and immediately took to her. As an event planner myself, I have pretty high standards when it comes to someone else being in charge on my wedding day. Laura Dugas of Laura Dee Events exceeded every expectation I had . We met her while touring our venue, and immediately recognized how knowledgable and friendly she was. As our day-of coordinator, she was extremely communicative and organized, giving us updated floor plans and asking us great questions that helped us frame our wedding. She took charge at the rehearsal and helped everyone know exactly where to be. On the day of the wedding, Laura made sure every aspect was complete and that all vendors loaded in and out on time. I often looked around to see if something was done, only to find Laura already taking care of it. No words can do Laura justice!! We hired Laura as our full service planner almost immediately after meeting her based off of her radiant personality and wedding knowledge. Coming from someone who thought she didn't need a wedding planner, trust me, Laura was the best money we spent our of the entire wedding process! I was able to continue with my typical busy daily lifestyle and plan a wedding with Laura for a little over a year. She was on to of everything! I live 8 hours away, so many times we were either rushing to meet when I would come to town or she would FaceTime with me in the evenings.

During the last few weeks of the wedding planning I had a few freak outs. I would reach out to Laura and she magically made my worries go away. On the day of the wedding Laura was as close to perfect as you can get. Our guests had the best time and raved about all of the decor and the way the venue was set up. Our timeline ran very smoothly and any glitches we had, Laura fixed them immediately.

Laura Dugas is simply amazing. We hired Laura to be our day of coordinator for my daughters October wedding and even though she was supposed to be "day of" she was so much more! She was very responsive to email questions about etiquette, decor, colors- anything and everything. She set up all of our decor for the ceremony and reception and it was beautiful. She has a wonderful eye for decor and I can't be happier on how everything was displayed. I recall sitting with her at the pre wedding meeting and feeling a sense of calm overtake me as I realized that I didn't have to worry about a thing, I knew then that our special day was in great hands and it was. Laura was our day-of wedding coordinator and we are so thankful that we found her! She is experienced, responsive, super helpful, easy to work with, and such a sweet and kind person! Laura helped us organize our entire day, and she gave us such great advice and direction throughout our planning process. I had an idea of what I wanted our wedding to be like, but wasn't quite sure exactly how to make it happen, and Laura was able to take my ideas and execute on them flawlessly. On the day-of, Laura took all of my decorations was able to set them up and arrange them in ways even more beautiful than I could have imagined. She made everything look absolutely gorgeous! When I saw our reception space decorated with all of Laura's touches, I was so happy I almost cried!

Our day wouldn't have come together the way it did without Laura! I highly, highly recommend that all brides have a day-of coordinator, and Laura is the perfect choice! If anything went wrong on my wedding day, I didn't even know about it because Laura handled it with composure and helped the day go off without a hitch! Laura was an absolutely fabulous wedding coordinator for our New Years Eve wedding!! We met her while touring our venue, and immediately knew she would be great to work with. We hired her as our 'day-of wedding coordinator' - which included a 30 day out meeting for planning and coordination, running the rehearsal the day before, and her coordination on the day of the wedding!

Laura was so easy to work with, very organized, super nice, smart, trustworthy, and really knows her stuff when it comes to weddings! She was able to take all the information I gave her (which was a TON), and turn it into the wedding of my dreams. She worked flawlessly with the other vendors to make sure everything went off without a hitch. I even had some rather difficult requests for some of the timing and way things were presented, and she made it all happen. She was also great about suggesting and giving guidance when I needed it, or if she knew something wasn't going to work, which was really great and helpful!

I would absolutely recommend Laura to anyone! She was well worth the investment - our wedding would not have been the same without her, and honestly, we could not have done it without her.
