Let me start by saying when you're with Gigi, you will eat great and she will have you laughing and dancing. I was in the neighborhood and stopped by to see her. From the moment I got there she was the hostess with the mostest. She busted out some leftovers. Rice and gandules and some pork chops, salad. I wasn't that hungry but I promise You, my plate was clean when I was done. It was old school delicious. Gigi, I can taste the love that you put into your food. I'm a big foodie and this was a memorable moment in my food memoirs. Great food and great company! Best of luck on your new endeavor! More...

What’s your signature dish?
Our signature dish is Arroz con Gandulez and Pernil. We offer a lot of different Spanish as well as other options.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I want to know what's important to them. What are their needs? I would like to know any dietary restrictions or allergies. Want to accommodate as much as I can to their needs.
What do you love most about your job?
I put my heart into my cooking. That's my art. I love when customers compliment my meals. It gives me great satisfaction knowing someone enjoyed something as much as I enjoyed making it for them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My family has been cooking forever. I have always had a passion for cooking and was always told I should start my own restaurant. And so, here we are....

They should choose us because they will not be disappointed with the product or services. And there will be no hidden fees or any misconception. We try our very best to accommodate the customer and be fair and honest.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
In accordance to CDC guidelines, Latina With Flavors, LLC will wear masks, stay 6 feet apart and avoid crowds in order to keep our staff and customers safe during Covid 19.
