Hadn't been in a while since having a baby and they updated the systems to be ticketless. I had an old card saved with tons of tickets and credits (this was our pre baby date nights, so we had a good bit), I went to the counter and asked if they could pull it up and they explained to me about computer changes etc. . I was upset thinking I wouldn't hear anything (they weren't overly happy/nice when talking to me) but I actually got the call that IT was able to pull up my info. they set everything up on an account for me.
