I can't rave enough about this company. My husband and I decided to finally add a detached two car garage to our rental property. We have been contemplating this for years because we didn't want to deal with the headache of zoning, permits, time and of course...MONEY! We have a close family friend who owns many commercial properties and swears by Landmark Garages. We decided to give it a shot and thank goodness we did! The contractors were out in a timely manner and very professional. The quote we received was well below what we had expected to pay, the permit was done very swiftly by the gracious office manager. We purchased a home 14 months ago and unfortunately it did not have a garage.  It was one of my top priorities when we bought the place. After getting several quotes to have a 2 car garage built, we decided to go with Landmark.  They quoted us right in the middle of all the quotes.  The time frame they quoted was right for us and it was done on time.  Now our cars have a happy home!  We even had an area put in where we set up a 'mud-room'. Our oversized two-car was completed in April 2016 on time and with great quality. Communication was good during the process and the price was very good, compared to what other builders wanted. Show them exactly what you want and they will do it for you. A year later, the garage still looks great and I am building a shed next to it. I called Merrill, the owner, to see where he sourced the siding so I could match it and he called me back right away. I had a very good experience with them. More...

You get what you pay for folks and if you want affordable and your on a tight budget this is the place. The owner is a GC general contractor but he doesn't do any work he hires people to do the work in phases. One team did my tear down, another the concrete, another the garage building, electrical team (guy). Anyway the point is this is a great option if your on a tight budget, you have patience and you do mind a bit of work on your part to manage the project too. I would call the owner and say ok the concrete is done and its been a week what is next..? Make sure the permit is submitted and Approved with your city before you let them start work. More...
