I delivered a wedding cake to Encore this afternoon, and had the honor of meeting Chef Bobby. He guided me back into the kitchen woty the cake and the place was spotless! I was in the food industry for nearly 10 years, and i can honestly say I've never saw a kitchen this clean 2 hours before a service. Luckily i know the groom and was invited to the reception. Extremely nice center. I attended a wedding reception and both the decor and food were excellent. I'm not sure how many people the place will accommodate, but I guess there approximately 150 in our group and there was space for more tables without impeding on the dance floor.

I have been here for different events and they were all pretty good.
This time, I was picking up catering for Christmas dinner.
We got the Swedish meatballs and they were ok. We also got the roast beef and it was really good.
I highly recommend this place and Lakeland manor for small gatherings or catering.
We have had our kids hockey and softball end of year banquets at both places and they were really good.
I have also been to wedding parties here and those were decent but not really on the high end, more towards the middle of the road type place for weddings. However, kids sports banquets, baby showers etc... are pretty good.

My wife and I just celebrated our 30th Wedding Anniversary at Lakeland Banquet Center. Everything this outstanding. We can't tell how many praises we received for having our celebration here. The staff and Chef Jim provided our event with 10 star service, not just the event itself but excellent customer service and assistance to include from the first day we entered to establishment to book the event. We did a Cater Out order for 100. I couldn't have asked for a more professional team of people to work with than what we got from Lakeland Banquet and Event Center.
Chef Bobby is AMAZING to say the least. The food was indescribably delicious. Everyone at my daughters wedding were raving about it. They were coming up to me and telling me they haven't had food that delicious in some of the best restaurants they've gone to. Annie, our Event Coordinator, was awesome. She made sure everything was taken care of from the largest thing to the smallest detail. I had absolutely no stress because she took care of literally everything. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lakeland Banquet and Event Center for all of your catering needs. Each member of the staff all seemed to genuinely care about every little detail. All in all, this was the Greatest experience I've ever had when it comes to catering.
I'd like to take this opportunity to give the biggest THANK YOU to each and every staff member for helping to make my daughters wedding the best & most memorable night of her life.
