Michelle is a really good wedding coordinator. We live in Bay Area so it's a little bit hard to plan a wedding in LA. Michelle has helped us during the whole processing of planning. She told us what tasks we need to complete so we are always on track. And at that big day, a lot of things could go wrong. Michelle was very detailed-oriented and helped us for the communication between vendors. The whole wedding went very well thanks to Michelle. I found LadyMarry when I was frustrated at looking for vendors and LadyMarry made it so much easier. I booked coordinator, musician, make up artist and DJ through them, and all the vendors did an amazing job! If you are planning your wedding, you probably won't realize how important a coordinator is until your wedding day. I'm the type of person who likes planning everything ahead of time. Dorris and Natalie are rock stars! We hired Lady Marry as Day-of coordinators for my daughters wedding 8-10-19.  My daughter and I planned lots of little details for the ceremony and reception. I was stressed because I knew that I could not be in 3 places at once; with her while getting ready and at the church and at the venue setting up and making sure everything was done and running smoothly.  Then we hired Lady Marry and all my stress turned to joy!  From day one, Dorris and Natalie were on top of everything.  We went over everything we wanted done for the special day and nothing was overlooked.  The church was set exactly how we envisioned it!  Everything was perfect!  Dorris then broke down the church set-up and rushed to the venue to assist Natalie. The venue set-up was breathtaking!  It was exactly how we wanted it.  Dorris and Natalie worked with all the vendors, and there were several of them, making sure everything was ready for our guests and running as planned.  As the night went on, Dorris and Natalie were always present in case we needed anything.  I expected them to be done by 9:00PM but when 10:00PM rolled around and it was time to break down the venue, there they were working so hard to get us out of there on time!  Their knowledge and experience and hard work made our special day perfect.  If you are planning a wedding, look no more and hire Lady Marry!  You will be happy you did! I had a great team from Lady Marry to help me prepared my wedding. These girls are patient, responsive, and passionate! They helped me with venue search, wedding design, and coordination. I hired my florist, make-up artist, and videographer through them. My wedding was so well-prepared, and everything went perfectly on that day. It would be impossible without a professional support. Communication with wedding planning team is essential. It is the couple's responsibility to let the wedding planning team know their expectation. Lady Marry has honestly been the best decision I have ever made! We are incredibly happy to have chosen them as our planner team. The entire wedding went really well and smoothly and would not have been so fantastic without Lady Marry. We will remember this wedding all our lives. Our guests were so happy to attend as well! They've been going on and on about how beautiful it was. Lady Marry made it so easy for us! It was always easy to communicate with them which is the topmost criteria especially for the bride since things can get stressful during planning. Our original wedding coordinator got pregnant and pulled out of our wedding a few months before. It all worked out because I wasn't thrilled with her to begin with, and LadyMarry made the process of finding a new day-of coordinator easy and stress-free. I had a phone call with Joanne, who then provided two recommendations based on our needs. I ended up going with Carol Huang and was very happy with the decision. Carol was responsive and organized throughout. She met us at the venue in Napa Valley beforehand, met the vendors, and sat with us to run through every last detail of the day-of timeline. Carol was very communicative the entire day of the wedding (I woke up to 4am texts from her!) and probably could have made even more of the decisions herself day-of, but I think she wanted to make sure I was perfectly happy with everything. The whole day she was quietly busy behind-the-scenes making sure everything ran smoothly. The venue staff had nothing but good things to say about working with her. As a comprehensive wedding planner, LadyMarry did such an awesome job, from desiging, planning to operating. I can't imagine how we can make our weeding become true without their help. The knowledge and experience of LadyMarry is the key that they are capable of handling different wedding styles, no matter what culture background the couples have. Doris, our day-of wedding coordinator at LadyMarry, was heroic.Beyond a consultative call or two, she was continually responsive via text & asked many detailed, clarifying questions that we'd overlooked in instructions. Highlights:1. Detail-oriented & thorough: From slideshow, name cards, seating charts, food allergies, timeline, vendors ranging from music to cheese/ice cream, to flower placement for our cake, there was no detail overlooked by Doris.2. Superior judgement for issues that didn't have prior instructions, ex. cross-vendor communications:There were many day-of details that we couldn't have coordinated, as bride on the wedding day.  For example, Doris worked with our venue coordinator & DJ to coordinate our entrance timing for dinnertime bride/groom introductions. 3. We had our wedding ceremony & reception two weeks ago, and it went through perfectly, even better than our expectation. This couldn't have been achieved without Blair's (our wedding coordinator) help. I'm detailed-oriented myself but it's also difficult for me to make decisions especially for such Bid Day planning. We were so glad that we found LadyMarry during the stressful wedding planning process. As a perfectionist, I started searching for vendors on my own, but there were simply too many options and I just got lost. Then I realized I still needed a wedding planner and chose LadyMarry for their reasonable pricing, bilingual capability (Mandarin and English), and their flexibility in response time. At the time, I had no idea how the wedding will turned out as they were based mainly in NorCal, but during our planning process together, they truly helped relieve tons of stress and headache, and made me believe that they were just as professional and great in Southern California!Joanne and Nicole are both professional planners with great vendor referral resources, and are super patient during the entire process. LadyMarry is very very good because the price quality is sooo reasonable!I went through many many websites just for florists and dessert vendors. Contacted many of them. LadyMarry is just amazing! My wife and I got married in July. For some reason, there were only about 3 months to prepare our wedding. So honestly we didn't expect that we can have everything ideally. However, Joanne and her LadyMarry team showed us how powerful they are. We scheduled a free in-person consultation talking about our situation and expectations for our wedding. Then in the next two weeks, they followed up (two phone calls and a few emails) with some quotes and advice. And finally, only one week after, Joanne called me and said that they have booked the venue which was exactly we wanted and all vendors were ready to go. I have no idea how they accomplished that and was surprised how efficient they were. We are completely satisfied with our big day. I used LadyMarry for a day of coordinator service and it was great! I found them within a few weeks of my wedding, so I was worried about things being last minute - but they totally came through and everything was flawless! Melissa was our coordinator and she brought along 2 assistants to help set things up for my wedding. She came to our rehearsal as well.
