Working with Tyann on my fitness goals has been amazing! She keeps me motivated and “in check” so that I remember why I am doing this. I love the flexibility in her workouts (gym or at home) that way if I want to go to the gym it doesn’t effect my workout plan. I don’t feel like “just another client” she even customizes the names of the workouts to fit into my daily life (one is called grab your dog and go). Take everything in MODERATION. The amount of food in your meals, and the times that you eat during the day play a huge role in weightloss.
