LAB Salon such a wonderful trendy salon in Castle Shannon! Â My friend recommended LAB to me when she first tried it to get her eyebrows tinted and they looked AMAZING. Â I started with an eyebrow wax there. Â I am extremely picky with my eyebrows, I like them thick, and arched, but not way too arched (see what I mean?). Â Jess has done a phenomenal job each and every time. Â I can tell you my friend gets the henna brows there and she looks and feels phenomenal every time. Â I mainly go to LAB for my brows, but I've had my hair trimmed, and facials there. Â Done perfectly every time. Â Jess really listens to what I want done whether it's my hair or my brows. Â She really takes her time. Â I really enjoyed my facial there with Tamara as well. Â I'm very new when it comes to facials, the only other one i had done, i had a bad experience with. Â Tamara was absolutely great, she asked me questions about my skin, explained each and every step to me, and had a great conversation with her. Â The whole experience was very relaxing!During one of my brow visits, I had talked to Jess about getting my makeup done for my wedding. Â At this point, my wedding was a little over a year out. Â I am not very well versed in the process as far as hair and makeup, but Jess was very patient and explained each and very step to me. Â I am so very picky about my eye makeup, I have a monolid, which has proven difficult to get makeup done where I feel confident and beautiful. Â JESS NAILED IT. Â We kept in contact throughout the year and when I went in for my trial, just WOW. Â The quality and skill is just amazing. Â I will attach photos as they speak for themselves.I wanted to comment on the service, which is absolutely amazing. Â Initially, since I did not have a wedding party, we were just going to come into the salon, but a lot of my girlfriends had an Air BNB and expressed interest in getting hair and makeup done. Â Jess was prompt, efficient and so organized. Â We all knew the makeup and hair schedule as I got a detailed excel spreadsheet. Â Jess always responded and answered all my questions very quickly. Â Every single person that got their hair and makeup done that day commented about how amazing their makeup and hair was. Â It stayed on all day and night and everyone absolutely loved it. Â Not the mention, Jess and her gals are always so fun to just be around! Â Jess also went above and beyond for me. Â I had a hair piece that for some reason didn't have clips in it. Â She actually hot glued the clips in and then showed one of my friends how to change it out during the wedding. i am in love with LAB!! lindsey has been my hair stylist since july, and my hair has never looked this great! she took me from dark brown hair with awful bleached ends from my previous hair stylist (i did not ask for the bleached ends, btw) to the icy blonde hair of my dreams! ! she is a total rockstar when it comes to hair.all of the girls at LAB are so welcoming and genuinely excited to see you, whether you are their client or not. i look forward to each hair appointment to get to spend time with all of the girls!i cannot say enough great things about LAB. i would recommend this salon to everyone!!xo More...

I love LAB Salon and my hairdresser Lindsey. When I moved to Brentwood I looked on Yelp for a hair salon that was closer because I was tired of driving into the city to get my hair done. I'm very particular on who I let do my hair. I read about how great Lindsey was on Yelp so I made an appointment with her and figured, let's give her a try. Lindsey did (and does) an amazing job on my hair. She took me from a faded black with blue highlights  to a black/blonde balayage in just a couple visits. I love my new color! Also let's mention how cute the salon is. Super hip and modern. And I love their music selection that's playing. They use vegan friendly hair products..another plus in my book. Very clean facility and extremely nice staff. I've had two appointments so far with Rachel to get from a dark brown box dye color to a beautiful caramel balayage. She is so personable, friendly, and easy to talk to. Carlee has been doing my hair for years and recently gave me a lash lift and tint (which can i say is a total game changer!?). She is professional and delivers fantastic results every time. I couldn’t be more thrilled to have a hairdresser that knows me and my style so well.
Jess has been the FIRST person i’ve trusted with my brows. She’s given me advice on how to shape them and where to maintenance. She is an expert at it and will now be the ONLY one to touch them haha!! Definitely my new go-to service!!

So the old salon I used to go to (not going to mention their name, but if you creep on my yelp, I'm sure you'll figure it out). I have been going to them for maybe about two years. My hair goal was always to be super ashy and blonde. After spending literally hundreds of dollars and never reaching my goals I decided to jump ship to LAB. I've been creeping on Lindsey's Instagram and loved loved loved her blonde work! So before leaving for vacation I decided to see if she can get me in for a tone and root touch up. Luckily, she was super flexible and was able to get me in. Wahoo, needless to say my hair turned out awesome! HOLD UP! I've been going to Jess for 2.5 years and she is the best hair dresser I've ever had. I had a bad color job when I first when to her and she corrected the reddish brown back to my natural color. Since then I've had multiple color treatments including balayage and regular hair cuts and she always gets it exactly right. Such a great stylist!! I'm loving Lab salon + brow studio. I've known Jessica (the owner) for around two years. I was so happy for her when I found out she was opening her own salon. The decor is timeless and classic. The atmosphere is laid back but still professional. Jess is very knowledgeable about her products and walks me through everything she is doing with my hair/brows (which admittedly I am hard to please with my hair). Jess microbladed my eyebrows recently, and I love them! Jess is extremely professional, passionate and knowledgeable about brows and makeup. She talked to me about the process and sent me home with a detailed care regimen. Â Not going to lie, microblading does hurt and the pain points hit your sinuses, so you're a teary, sneezing mess during the procedure, but it's totally worth it to wake up with bangin' brows! I will never go anywhere else but LAB Salon... going from naturally brown to blonde hair is not an easy transition but not only did Jessica listen as I voiced all of my concerns (i. e. damage of bleaching my hair, worrying about if my eyebrows match, etc) she created the perfect blonde shade that, those who didn't know me previously, thought was my natural color!!!
