Yummy! The food is so tasty and the waiters are super kind. :) I love the salsa, bean dip, and chips they provide before the meal. Some days they have margaritas that are half price, plus they're huge drinks!! More...

With some of the freshest and tastiest ingredients, their tacos are some of the best I've ever had. There's lots of seating, and the service was quick and friendly. Come in on Taco Tuesday for the best-value lunch in town. More...

One of my favorite Mexican restaurants in the Martinez area. They also have a great selection of tequilas for sampling. Best when trying with a good tequila liking friend.

Very nice people! I had veggie fajitas and loved them. The taco salads were not a big hit because they had so little in them. Ceviche and soup got the nod. Pitcher of margaritas...well...made the meal. More...

La tapatio is always a great place to eat at. The service is always good and they care about the customer. There is a wide variety of good food to eat here and drinks to have if you are of age. The prices have gone up over time but the quality stays top notch. More...

For fresh Mexican, this is the place to go! Everyone is super nice, always greeted at the door, quick service, friendly people. I love their salsa, very fresh, and always served with warm chips and a bean dip with a spicy green salsa. They have daily specials and happy hour. Nice bar with good drinks, they offer a lot of options. More...

Always friendly service. Food is good basic Mexican food. Don't expect to be blown away, but it is very reliable. Not the best margaritas. Chips, salsa, and the free bean dip are amazing! Enjoyed the arrow con pollo. More...

Local Mexican cuisine. Very popular. Limited seating. Large portions prepared quickly. This is a very good option.

Very good food, generous portions, and friendly waitstaff. Always pretty busy but they manage it well and in the rare case that food comes a bit slower the quality and service is worth it. Plus they have chips with this incredible bean dip and salsa that they bring out immediately after you get there for you to enjoy while you wait. And seriously guys, this bean dip is so good that sometimes you want the food to take longer! This restaurant also offers seating outside year round on the sidewalk patio outside and this place is in such a prime spot on Main Street. Right in the middle of everything and front row seats to picturesque Martinez. More...

Aside from great food, you will find the atmosphere appitizing, as well. Outdoor seating allows you to take in the ambiance of old town Martinez. The restaurant has accent lighting on the outside of the building that adds to the charm and comfort of your outdoors experience. Try their chili relleno dinner, and ask for a to-go box in advance. Their portions are very generous. In addition to your wonderful meal, try their ice cold sangria (an alcholic beverge). It is a tasty accompaniment to a fabulous meal. The regular attendance of the local residents tells the rest. Prices are competetive. Looking forward to my next visit. More...
