As a makeup artist, I work with A LOT of photographers. Alex is professional, extremely sweet, and made the wedding we worked together run so smoothly! The bridal party was so relaxed around her because it was like she wasn’t even there, snapping the most beautiful getting ready, candid photos. I was so happy getting photos back...photos were consistent, and no white out photos- you could see everyone’s rosy natural cheeks and popping eye lashes. Where to even start with Kruse Photography. Alex is simply put, Amazing! We had the opportunity to shoot with Alex to do our engagement and wedding session and I have to say both were a breath of fresh air. There were certain things I searched for when looking for a wedding photographer and honestly Alex is every ask and then some! Alex is responsive, reliable, passionate, energetic, creative, easy to talk to and makes you feel so comfortable. It was really important that we found someone that understood US as a couple an as individuals and made us look natural and beautiful in our photos. We let her lead but she let us do our thing too which was awesome! Working with Alex is easy, fun, exciting and her results are absolutely gorgeous! These memories are ones we want forever and she captured every moment we wanted, ones we didn't even know about and all the in betweeners. You need this photographer in your life! We asked Alex to capture our maternity pictures, and when I suggested snow pics, she absolutely delivered. Not only was she willing to make the trek out to the mountains, she also navigated feet of snow in order to make sure she got the shot! My husband and I are not very comfortable in front of the camera, but you would never know that by looking at our pictures. Alex’s strength is the ability to bring out the silly, the laughs (those laughs are seriously genuine), and the love. She was so relaxed and confident, I knew 10 minutes in we were going to have wonderful photos. We are IN LOVE with our session, I simply cannot pick our favorite photo. We’ve found our photographer for life! We did holiday photos together in 2018 and she was very welcoming, fun, kept us laughing and not awkward (we’ve had some awkward photographers)! we got pictures taken with our new baby, and we loved our mini session it was the perfect amount of time for a 5 month old, she made sure he was comfortable and tried so hard to make him smile lol we absolutely loved our photos and we will definitely contact again for more sessions in the future ❤

I had the pleasure to coordinate a wedding this last weekend at Nature Bridge in Port Angeles and Alex was the photographer. I must say I can’t begin to express how great Alex was to work with. She was right on time and very professional. The Bride and Groom had a very big family and decided not to do a first look and even though given the small window of time allotted for pictures Alex got them all done right on time! I had a great photo shoot session with Alex and Aga. We chose a beach close to home which was great because it captured the places my fiancé and I take our walks. The girls were super fun to work with and did an amazing job making sure the pictures would turn out good:) I felt super comfortable and at ease.
