Kristin is the absolute best. I found her on an instagram search to take photos of my newborn baby girl and our new family of four. From initial communication all the way to the shoot and photo delivery, Kristin was nothing but caring and professional. When it came to the actual newborn shoot, I had asked Kristin to take some photos of my (almost) 2 year old as well. Of course, he was having a toddler day and did not want to cooperate. Kristin had all the tools to distract and capture some of the best and authentic smiles from our little guy. Her photos of my family and myself are ones I will cherish forever. Kristin was AMAZING! From booking a day with her to the final product! She offers such a great experience and makes it so easy with her home-like studio! Would give 10 stars if I could! Kristin was an absolute dream to work with. We had never done a family photo session before, and Kristin guided us in so many ways, including helping us with wardrobe selection to make for timeless photos. Kristin is one of the best photographers I’ve ever worked with. She genuinely cares about the final product and the process, and she pours herself into her job. I had the pleasure of working with Kristin for both my maternity and newborn sessions this summer. And when I say pleasure, I truly mean it. Not only is Kristin extremely talented, but she is incredibly kind and compassionate. She goes above and beyond with thoughtful gestures, like suppling waters, snacks, props, and wardrobe for her clients, along with access to a hair stylist and make up artist, which made it completely effortless on our behalf. (The make up artist she works with is phenomenal, too!) I went into the whole process extremely nervous. My son is on the autism spectrum, and sometimes (most times) it can be a challenge to get him to comply and participate. She took the time to ask me what some of his favorite things were, and when it came to photo shoot day, she completely surprised me by showing up with trains for him to play with and make him feel comfortable. My son didn’t really have the attention span to pose, so she made sure to catch the candid moments of us just being a family. It didn’t go unnoticed how hard she had to work to keep up with him running around everywhere, and she did it all with a smile on her face on possibly the hottest day of the summer! We adore Kristin- she is amazing! We recently had a family session with her. She was super responsive, prepared and easy to work with from the beginning. She gave us location recommendations and even did some scouting beforehand - and what an amazing spot she chose! She was super prepared for our session even bringing us bottled waters, bug spray and a fan (it was very much a summer day). She made us feel very comfortable during photos and our little boy warmed right up to her. She was a natural behind the camera and made it seem effortless. We received our photos super fast and oh my!!! They were absolutely stunning! She captured our family perfectly- we couldn’t be happier with our photos and are so happy we have them to look back on forever! Kristin did our maternity photos and was amazing to work with! She had already scooped out the location beforehand and was prepared and ready to go when we got there! I absolutely LOVED how our pictures turned out and will cherish them forever. She was also quick to get a sneak peak out to us, and we received the rest of the photos very quickly which isn’t always true with other photographers.
