Wow, so many things. First, Kris and her staff were very professional for an event I hosted yesterday. Kernersville Christmas in July. I told her the last time I held this event, we had over 600 people attend. They came prepared! This time we had over 800 people! The food was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! So much so, that while they sold completely out of many items (no question why), BUT they were still prepared enough that they still had just the right amount of food left to still be able to serve all of these hungry people! I tried the tacos, both chicken and beef... best I've ever had! I went back for seconds, and then I went back for a large order to take home to my family. Every person that I spoke to that had a plate had nothing but great things to say and many of which went back for more as well! The venue that we were at also made sure to get her business cards, and all I can think of is what event can I host to have her back. The staff was amazing, prepared, organized, and a small, but something that made me smile was when I heard them call her "chef". There's more that I can say, but I will leave it here so that you can be tempted enough to give her a call and book her for your next event or simply just order some delicious food. What inspired you to start your own business?
My Best Friend I lost 3 years ago and I was tired of the bland food in the restaurants, when Hispanic food is all about flavor. I was also tired of people thinking all Hispanic food is Mexican.
Why should our clients choose you?
You can taste passion and love in food! I put so much passion and love in my dishes because I believe your emotions go into the food you make. We also bring all the flavor from each country into each of the dishes and i just do not believe you get that in chain restaurants.
