Krav Oz has a great group of instructors that genuinely cares about the students’ progress through the curriculum ensuring that every individual understands what is being taught by spending the time to teach to the student’s ability. This is not a one size fits all program because each student learns differently and at different paces. The Krav Oz instructors take the time to ensure that each student “gets it” and that makes them the go to place for training. I have been with krav oz for quite some time now and absolutely love training here the instructors are very knowledgeable at what they do and will push you to your limits if you are looking for a self defense to train in look no further will not find another great group of people to train with could not be happier

Fantastic organization - starts with knowledgeable and personable instructors who push you to be the best you can while teaching you the skills you need to succeed. I’m obsessed! The instructors at Krav Oz are incredible. Every class is better than the last. Not only are you getting a great work out, you’re learning how to defend yourself. You're surrounded by encouraging people for an hour and that makes you want to push yourself harder. The instructors know exactly how much potential a person has and they draw that out of you. The instructors at Krav Oz do a fantastic job of teaching self-defense to the class, while at the same time giving each student the individual attention he or she may need. A secondary benefit of every class is the tremendous workout that you receive in the process of practicing the strikes and defenses while mixing in calisthenics. After a long time of attempting to find a gym that didn't have an agenda or just wanted to recruit clients. I actually stumbled onto Krav Oz during a random festival. The owners and instructors are extremely friendly and mix self defense with fitness. They train individuals on real life conditions and situations; they realize that not every situation is the same. Krav Oz is an amazing place with amazing people! The instructors will push you to do your best and work harder than you thought you could. I leave every class feeling like I gave my all and it really increases my confidence. I was never an especially physical person but the instructors really help you to bring out your best and teach you that you can do things you didn't realize you could. They also go out of their way to make sure all students are safe and will modify exercises as needed. There are students of all body types and fitness levels and there is no judgement, just great camaraderie. Excellent place to get fit, learn a skill, and make new friends!
