We provide a full accounting service from filing for articles of incorporation then performing bookkeeping to tax filing to audit. Most companies outsource their entire bookkeeping system to us and we manage it on your behalf. We can process payroll, manage transactions, deploy your bookkeeping system, connect your bank accounts, pay your bills, perform analysis, prevent embezzlement, start your company, and provide you with regular dashboards so you know everything about your books.

Businesses without a great Accountant have a higher likelihood of financial turmoil and they miss out on opportunities to save money. We work on multiple companies, some might be similar to yours, so we know intimiately how they operate, what are bad signs, what are good signs, how much a vendor should charge, what you should expect to collect, etc.... I have a diverse set of experience which is rare on Bark, I've helped run a Restaurant that started as a mom & pop local eatery that later became a 20 location franchise, I've managed 4 award-winning medical practices that became the monopolies in their taxonomy, I've performed volunteer consulting for 79 start-ups in underprivileged areas around Detroit and Flint Michigan, I've directed the operational analysis and support of 18 high-end tech companies on behalf of a Venture Capital Firm, and I've successfully built and sold 3 businesses of my own. The excitement of making a business efficient, profitable, and achieving its potential drives me and I require little to no direction.

If you look at my LinkedIn profile you will notice that I like to dabble in as many fields as possible from being a Physics major at MSU to a Level 2 Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers. I want to learn everything and I'm excited by every puzzle I can get my hands on.

We have 20+ medical practices that entirely outsource their operations to us except for patient care, surgery, and greeting. We operate a call center on their behalf, we register their patients, coordinate referrals, transcribe their medical notes, process their billing, hire and train their staff, and we perform their digital marketing. By utilizing our economies of scale and our ability to speak 8 languages fluently, we've helped these practices expand and save considerable amounts of money.

Our bookkeeping skills are unmatched in that we have enough staff to process bookkeeping at a far lower rate than a single bookkeeper could while delivering CPA-level attention to each transaction. We can clean-up your old books, maintain all transactions moving forward, teach you how to manage your own books, provide you with regular dashboards, run your payroll, run your timesheet management, pay your bills, and reconcile your accounts.

We have systems that empower us to perform all HR duties from Recruiting to Termination and everything in between. We've invested in special software that helps us maintain employee candidates in nearly all industries, we have software that maintains job boards on every major job posting platform, and we have staff that will scour the internet for candidates that specifically match your criteria. We can perform as much or as little of the recruitment process as you'd like such as the background screening, the vetting, reference checks, video interviews, etc.... Once you decide to hire someone we can perform their onboarding, no matter the complexity, and coordinate this process with whoever is on-site at your business. We'll help you maintain their HR-related documentation, we will perform their evaluations, we will oblige some State requirements of an anoynmous security agent, and terminate staff as directed.
