I don't give many 5 star reviews, but this place has arguably the best Kolaches and klobasneks in Texas! They serve breakfast and lunch with so many different things on the menu and numerous baked goods. Great local business in downtown.

Before this I really didn't like traditional Kolaches, but once I had one of theirs I was hooked. The creme cheese one is amazing! Honestly it's not good they are right down the street from my house  will be back for sure! More...

We tried Kolache Capital today for the first time and it was wonderful! My husband and I each got a red basket special. The chicken salad seemed to be made with fresh chicken, the cazone was filled with just the right amount of meat and cheese. We got some fruit kolaches to go because we were too full to try them right away. But they look and smell heavenly. I can’t wait to open them up! We will definitely be back soon More...

The dessert here is amazing! The cookies are great and the kolaches are great I've had friends bring some over to me. I came for the lunch special today and it was great for the the price but I found the chicken salad to have too much mayonnaise, maybe it's just me but I prefer a saltier mix. The pickle helped. I would recommend bread over the lettuce wrap as well, it was pretty messy with the wrap. My friend had the ka-zone and enjoyed it, the meatball had a lot of oregano. Overall great place especially for breakfast. More...

Kolache Capital is a great addition to Downtown Bryan. They serve more than just kolaches, and everything I've had there has been delicious. In addition to fruit and sausage kolaches they have cookies, cinnamon rolls, and lunch items. While I've enjoyed everything I've tried (I haven't had their lunch yet), my favorite item on the menu are the mini cinnamon rolls. They're are awesome. They have fountain drinks and bottled beverages. There are tables available if you'd rather stay and eat. Bathrooms are on site. Parking is available in the front of the building and in the rear. They are closed Sundays. More...
