What’s your signature dish?
Our Signature Item is the Space Kookie, giving you a side of Chocolate and Vanilla you never expected, Galaxy colored buttercream icing, with a small twist of strawberry hiding in the mist...
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I taste, taste, taste, without my keen sense for sweet life, I cannot provide such a shocking flavor for every different individual. I have a ultra wide pallet and have experienced many different foods and flavors including different cultural preferences and such. So my menu is always full of UFO's and different regional tastes. I love to switch it up and will have a revolving menu so keep you guessing!!
What do you love most about your job?
Everything under the sun, the good and the bad! I ride the wave and go with the flow so it's all great to experience.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My kids are my inspiration for everything and I would run to the ends of the Earth for them. I was homeless for 2 years and got fed up with the system. I had no life work balance and it took a big toll on my life. So one day I stood up and fought and started doing what I've always loved to do BAKE!! Surprisingly a baked goods warms alot of hearts and souls and takes you back to your Grandma's memories, I just love it. I love giving that feeling when I can. Especially to the young ones!!!
