I have known Koach for well over 20 years. In each of those years, I have found him unwavering in his convictions and actions to enhance the ministry capacity of those called to be pastors and leaders . His influence extends beyond his personal church's doorsteps to reach out to the broader global body of Christ. He does not discriminate in carving a coaching ministry niche. He has supported people from different Christian denominations. I first met him in 1998 when I had completed my undergraduate studies. He demonstrated a keen interest in my call to leadership and ministry and did not cease to support me at the various stages of my ministry career. First, it was my life before becoming an ordained minister, and thereafter, my life as an ordained minister. Interestingly, his interest in my life also covered the period I worked in the marketplace before resigning to serve God as a full-time minister. Besides, when I set up a bible school to train leaders and ministers, he made available his coaching services to deliver seminars to the students in a colloquium format. Koach, thus, proves to be a versatile tool, well placed to serve the needs of those who are either ordained or not, helping them find their place in the body of Christ and aligning themselves to their respective callings and assignment. In doing these, Koach has demonstrated that he has the skill to coach one on one basis and in groups. I met Koach Odoom in 1995 in Kinshasa (DRC). He was one of Pastors leading a huge Congregation of not less than 3 thousand members. Most people will relate to him as Prophet George Odoom. The Lord had told me that, He will sent someone who will coach, mentor and groom me into Ministry. I didn't know how to recognize him.But the Lord assured me that He will reveal me to his Ssrvant and I shall be sure that it's him.
So I happened with details the day He spoke with me. From that day until today, I am under his Mentorship.
At first He acted like a Father Friend, as I was an orphan, it helps me to heal emotionally from the lost of my father and he sponsored my theological study as well.
I learned at early stage: Honesty, truthfulness, understanding,gentleness.

When I became more closer, I learned: Bible meditation( constantly), unceaseless prayerful lifestyle, Fellowship with the Holy Spirit.

At this stage, He became more friendly than a Man of God who I had to be distant from. This new approach, changed everything I knew about Pastor leadership. I saw in him the same style I used to see when reading Gospel about Jesus Christ.
The most important and shocking secret is: When the Lord started revealing himself to me, Koach not only that He encouraged me but also He demonstrated humility even when I am ministering to him. More to this, He was always full of new concepts, new understanding of the word of God and new dimensions.

Finally, because I can write a book of Koach Odoom and His Koaching Ministry, the Lord taught me how to discern needed people and how to assist them. Koach did not only preach, but he cares for the well being of people he preached the word of God. Today I can say from nothing I am turned into a full equipped and trained Minister in the body of Christ.
