Katy was our wedding day coordinator on 12/07/19. She is very sweet, genuine and has an awesome selection of vendors that she recommends. Katy set-up my venue for 200 guests and created a beautiful feel. My fiancé and I really did not have to worry about anything because Katy was on top of it all. The night was magical and she helped make it all happen. In my opinion, everything happened so smoothly but that was probably because we had Katy there. She did everything with great energy and enthusiasm. That is what I loved the most about her. She will look out for you in every way! Thank you for everything Katy! 10/10 would always recommend it! Okay first off, Katy is AMAZING!!! I hired her for day of coordinating and was the best decision I ever made. She is very detail oriented, on time, professional and treats you like family! She kept me calm, made sure everything went as planned, handled EVERYTHING! Her “day of coordinating” actually started 3 months before and was so so helpful for things I didn’t even think of. I hired Katy to be my day-of-coordinator back in September 2018 for our January 2019 wedding. From the start, she was always very responsive, so helpful, and just the sweetest. She answered any questions I had, always cleared up any confusion, and had a solution for it all. On the wedding day is where she really shined. We had a ceremony venue and a reception venue and she was driving between them, communicating with vendors, getting the decor set up, and just running the whole show. I can honestly say, from my new husband and I's point of view, our wedding day went perfectly. If anything did go wrong we had no idea because she was on top of it all. She even had a wedding the night before ours too! Every little detail was perfect and we cannot thank her enough for all she did. I don’t even know where to begin! Katy is probably one of the greatest people I have ever met. My husband lost his mother less than a year away from our wedding. I had posted a story on a Bride Facebook page about his mother sending me a penny from heaven the day of her funeral (the penny was from the year she was born and was to be used as my “something old” for our wedding). Katy had no idea who I was but reached out to me and offered me her services HALF-OFF in honor of my mother in law. She seriously has a heart of gold! I booked her (thankfully) and she was so great! I would message Katy at 2:30 A.M. sometimes stressing out about things. I never intended on her to respond but she always did! I mean seriously who is that committed to their brides? Our first meeting at the venue I had expressed a lot of things about the venue that had me worried. It is sometimes hard to be the “bad guy” to vendors that you still have not had the services completed from, but if you have Katy then she is able to be that person for you and make things happen! She quickly cracked her whip and ensured we would have everything taken care of. Katy always made my stress and worries go away with one phone call. My venue didn’t have the best bridal quarters so we decided to get ready at a different location than the venue. Because of this I was not going to be able to have my photographer take “getting ready” photos of us. OF COURSE Katy shows up and snaps every picture I could have possible wanted, and more! When the wedding was over, she even stayed late to snap a picture of me and my hubby kissing in the rain! It is probably my favorite and most candid picture of the night! She captured the moment perfectly! She really goes above and beyond her call of duty. She seriously is worth every single penny and MORE. She will be a lifelong friend and I am so grateful for everything she did for us on our wedding day! More...
