What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to support my clients with a variety of different needs. Relationships are very important in business and I am strong at building meaningful relationships with my clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working for many years for other organizations, and more recently for a very large corporation, I decided to work for myself as this allows me to spend valuable time with clients and service them in the way they find most meaningful.
Why should our clients choose you?
A lot of HR professionals are not as skilled as I am. Not only do I have a juris doctorate, which allows me a very unique lens to evaluate company needs and risk to the business, but I have worked with just about every industry and in many states across the country.

Yes. Most client's need remote support, but I am willing to occasionally travel, if needed.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Remote accessibility is important during these times. Meeting via zoom, talking on the phone, and email are always an option. Should be need to meet in person, I am vaccinated and happy to be masked.
