Had the shrimp. It was all shrimp not tons of batter that had to be pulled away to get to the shrimp. The seasoning was wonderful. Catfish sample was excellent too.

KIS Kitchen made an appearance at the workplace this week, and a co-worker and myself decided to try them out. We both ordered the Fish and Fries ( fried catfish fillet and seasoned french fries). KIS was at my work today serving lunch for the first time. I had the lunch special with the tenders. It was really good! The tenders weren't greasy they were nice & juicy. We love to cook, and serve others. Catering is our specialty because we enjoy seeing smiling faces while eating our delicious entrees.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Family restaurants that I have been apart of all my life. And we decided to start a food truck here in the local area. The catering side is also a passion of ours as well.
