How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We work together to find what movements you love and make you feel good. If you hate the gym, you can still love working in the comfort of your own living room.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Ditching the scale and guilt, I encourage you to eat as many fresh fruits, vegetables and whole foods as possible outside of our training time together. You are on a health journey once we start working together, and loving that journey is what is most important. You will fuel and train like an athlete, and you WILL feel amazing in the process.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping clients discover how strong they really are!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I'm not a fan of the box gym and I think personal training services are too expensive. By bringing training directly to you, I can cut the cost of personal training significantly.
