My toddler granddaughters require daily romps at the park, and this Mamaw aims to please. After 2 days of rain, I knew I'd better find an alternative lest I lose my title as World's Best Mamaw. I chose this location because they advertised a toddler area in their playscape. With my daughter and infant granddaughter joining us, it sounded like the perfect place for all 3 of our little ones to have a great time. Yet again, Yelp helped this Mamaw pick the perfect playdate location, because we had a fantastic time! We arrived at 7p.m. on a Saturday night, and were pleasantly surprised to discover only a handful of other families there. We hoped that with the 9 p.m. closing, our most stubborn toddler would easily leave when our 2 hour play time came to an end. We were wrong. She made her way up to the 4th floor of the playscape, where adults aren't allowed, and looked down upon the pleading adults and laughed and laughed. A teenaged guy working overheard our coaxing and pleading, and set off to retrieve Miss Stubborn. He gently and politely got her to come right down so that everyone could go home.While our 2 and 3 year old granddaughters enjoyed the entire playscape, the toddler area is really amazing. Our 5 month old granddaughter had so much fun and we all really enjoyed helping her enjoy the equipment available. The toddler area offers quite an impressive buffet of sensory heaven for little ones! I was really impressed with how clean the entire place was. The entire 2 hours we were there, you saw people sweeping, wiping and tidying up. Mega bonus points from my family of germ phobics.After gathering all of our little ones, we made our way upstairs for snacks and drinks for the road. We noticed some really nicely decorated party spaces while we waited, and made mental notes for future birthday parties. Nice place to take your kids! Keeps them busy!Four levels of play with balls and ball activities, slides, tunnels, trampoline and more. They also have an arcade area and a small concession stand upstairs( pricey,not a lot of options). Staff is nice and helpful. Need to purchase their grip socks and you pay by the hour. This is a great place to let the kids run off all that extra energy! There's more than enough to entertain kids for hours! So often employees in these types of places are less than friendly. Today I took my one and a half year old son, we had two young men who went above and beyond. Friendly, interacted with the kids... even sat and helped my son get his socks back on! Great place to let the kids just go run around. It's perfect for winter weather since it's a giant indoor playground. They also have arcade games in the lobby and perfect place for birthdays.

My kids love it here. Which is why it gets 4 stars (they would give it 5 stars). But as the mom I've got two downsides. One less major one is that I think it's a little pricey (at $12. 99 a kid). However, the bigger issue for me is that there are multiple entrances/exits into/out of the playground and it's impossible to station yourself somewhere you can watch all the doors. So for me as a parent I can't relax since my kids could easily leave the play area without my seeing them. The main reason this is a problem for me is that there are no staff checking/preventing kids from leaving the building. Typically at kid places I've gone like this (e.g., Chuck E. Cheese or mount playmore) kids and parents get matching tags and staff watches the door and checks upon leaving. This place is really fun for the kiddies! You must pay for their socks with grippers the first time so don't lose them! Pack your lunch there is a beautiful view upstairs with books and chairs and tables. Also they have a pizza and snacks for sale upstairs as well. Very clean. Parents area was very small. No comfortable seating to watch kids play. Arcade was decent but prizes were slim pickings. My daughter had her birthday party @ Kids Planet yesterday and everything was absolutely amazing! The young lady that worked our party was incredible! We had a lot of extra kids show up and she made sure everyone was taken care of. She made our party go so smoothly! Our party cost over $300 but it was worth every penny! My daughter and her friends had a blast! The decorations were beautiful and the food was good. We forgot a candle for the cake but they had one thankfully! We ran out of cheese pizza so the girl working our party took toppings off the other pizza so that all the kids were happy. It was all perfect! I highly recommend Kids Planet for birthday parties! Kids Planet was our day trip this past week, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. You should know it's $10.99 AND an additional $2 for their socks. There is a station that you buy game cards, and the tickets are loaded onto it digitally. It reminded me of a clean, and well maintained chuckie cheese. There were several locations to wash your hands, and the bathrooms were meticulously cleaned. I even observed the workers cleaning with their free time. I'm giving four stars because of the staff going above and beyond to fix a major issue I had for my sons celebration. I do feel the staff needs to be trained better on policies and procedures and they should advertise booth rentals better versus just their party packages for birthdays. It would have saved a lot of headache if it had been properly advertised with the birthday packages instead of hidden to push the birthday packages. Overall the managers made sure an acceptable compromised was reached and made my son a happy little man. For that reason we will be returning to enjoy many fun times. More...

Price is reasonable, crowds are controlled, it has an amazing collection of slides and balls and the toddler area is perfect.

The facility was clean and well maintained, the staff was friendly and helpful, safety rules were clearly enforced, and the kids loved it! I will definitely be returning. Wow! What a wonderful experience we had! We had our daughters birthday party on 11/10/17 here. Upon arrival we discovered that the upstairs party room was not wheelchair friendly. Ugh! We had no idea, the birthday girls daddy is in a wheelchair. The staff went into action to make it so we could all enjoy the party! They moved decorations downstairs, moved chairs around without any complaints. The staff went above and beyond to make our party great. Our party helper was wonderful and was smiling through it all. We just had my daughter's 6th birthday at Kids Planet!! All I can say is WOW!!!!! I have planned 14 birthday parties between my two girls and this was by far the EASIEST party EVER! !!!! You go online, fill your paperwork, but your tickets and play. My child loves the massive indoor play ground. I read my book while my child played. There are crew members to point your child the way in case they get lost and make sure rules are followed. Parents aren't able to go beyond the first level. My kid had lots of fun! More...

I really thought this place was great! Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean and maintained. Arcade area was a fun break from the play area. My 5 and 10 yr old had a GREAT time! The woman who owns it is an absolute sweetheart! The younger girls who work there have been very rude every time I’ve been! Ex: not wanting us to take a sippy of WATER into playground area, letting one customer use an online coupon and then telling the next they can’t use it, and many other random things! The staff was nice and gental with the kids. A kid pushed my little guy down and a worker stopped what she was doing to go help him. They were running around playing with the kids but were nice when they had to tell a kid to follow a rule. Lots of fun! Four stories to explore here. This place is bound to keep your little ones busy. It sucks to have to buy their personalized socks, esp since they don't have any sizes to fit a toddler. Regardless, it's still worth it.

Booked a bday party for my 3 year old site unseen.the bday packages were reasonably priced. The party area was decorated so nice! I got many compliments! They have many themes you can choose from and we chose Moana. They did a great iob decorating. Our party was 4-7p although I didn't know prior that we were expected to be out of the party area at 6p. That detail was important and should have been communicated as we had to rush when asked at 5:30 when we were planning to do cake/ice cream/gifts. All the kids LOVED the indoor playground. What a great idea! Kids planet is a large, clean indoor play structure. I'm going to say that it was clean again. Most of these kind of places get a little grimy. But friendly staff and a clean atmosphere made this a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. We had lunch at their Bistro. Everything was well organized and run according to plan. This place is amazing. We were there on a Saturday and was not crowded even though they had 3 parties happening. My kids who are 10, 9 and 6 loved it. We almost made it the whole 2 hours but they got hungry so we left. They do have food there it was pizza, hot dogs, pretzel, popcorn, and a few other things. We might try the food later, but we didn't in this visit. Their dining area is nice and clean. Well the whole place is nice and clean. Price is good equipment is good and kids love it. Great place to take them to get exercise specially with the winter cold it's hard to have outdoor fun. Would highly recommend this place to anyone with kids.
