How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
+ tri/bi-weekly meet-ups for workouts
+ weekly troubleshooting/check-in for nutrition program
+ daily accountability communication about meals/nutrition via text and/or pictures (pictures are much easier than describing food!)
+ teaching the basics of nutrition and exercise so as to give a foundation, and then build from there as we continue on
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
+ It starts in the kitchen!
+ If you can get a handle on your nutrition (its totally doable with the accountability and coaching I'll be giving you), your body will begin to transform right in front of your eyes!
+ Mindset is key!
What do you love most about your job?
+ I get to play around with great people and wear stretchy pants all day!
+ When I research new things about the health & wellness industry, I get to nerd out on all of my favorite things!
What inspired you to start your own business?
+ Working in a corporate gym confines you to the amount of people you are able to reach. When it comes to fitness & nutrition, the more who get on board, the merrier!
+ I believe that *anyone* can learn the tools, tips, tricks, and tactics to achieve the body they desire and *deserve*!
Why should our clients choose you?
+ Because this is my passion and not just a side hustle, I have devoted thousands and thousands of hours to researching, learning, and exploring all the ways one can improve themselves not only in the body, but in the mind and spirit, too.
+ Nutrition is a huge passion of mine and food & cooking are two of my favorite things! With that said, I have looked for all of the ways one can live a rich life (because, hello bacon & cookies) and still be healthy.
