I have had the honor of supporting people and helping them understand themselves for over 10 years as a therapist and have recently transitioned to Life Coaching. I am passionate about helping my clients engage with themselves, God and others with curiosity, compassion, and build deeper connections so they can experience more freedom in their life from anything holding them back.

What do you love most about your job?
I feel so honored to walk alongside people in their journey of discovering more of who they are on a deeper level so that they can live a more curious, compassionate and connected life! It energizes me to know my clients on a deeper level and see them experience the change they desire and feel capable to apply what they're learning.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love connecting with people and seeing them grow and the Enneagram has personally changed my life. I became certified after seeing the impact it had on my life in so many areas and want to see others experience the same freedom and deeper connections with themselves, God and others.
Why should our clients choose you?
I think we all need to find someone who "gets us" and makes us feel safe, seen, challenged, and understood. The type of client I tend to connect with desires to know themselves and others on a deep level, is ready to engage in vulnerable conversations, and is open to change. They are also someone who is open to learning about themselves, others, and the Enneagram.

All of my services are provided remotely. Super easy and accessible.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We meet remotely and if clients are sick I allow them to reschedule!
Enneagram Life Coaching 1:1
I coach my clients one on one to understand more about their Enneagram type and the lens they see the world through so that they can uncover how their personality impacts their connections with themselves, God and others. We start with discovering your type, and then dive deep into all different areas that make you, you so that you can live in more freedom and deeper connections. I teach through a spiritual lens as well as a lens of curiosity, compassion and connection! I'd love to connect with you!
