I have used Kelly Effinger Fox for graphics for, probably, about 10 years. I had an Art Director that has since retired and had used Kelly when we had additional work to be done.
She always delivered, on time, and wonderfully creative work.
Now that my Art Director has retired I've been using Kelly for our cover art (we publish a weekly newspaper in North County known as The Paper), for spec as well as finished ads. Tremendous talent, Great creative ideas.
Great not only at graphics but she understands the business end of things and comes up with solid recommendations to accomplish important goals.
She's the best.
