Shelby and her employees took care of my kitty while I was gone for 3 nights and they kept me appraised each visit they made with a picture and notes. Great job!

I believe Shelby has taken care of our fur babies a few times now, over a couple years, while me and my family have been out of town (we have two cats and a dog). What a find we have in Shelby! She's a genuine pet lover and has years of experience working with and caring for animals having worked in various positions in pet-care and has a degree as a Vet Technician. She clearly wanted to spend her time and make her living caring for animals...and it shows. Her business has picked up since she started it due to how well she takes care of everyones' furry kids, no doubt...her reputation is spreading. Being pet lovers, ourselves, it was so important for us to find someone we could trust in our home. Someone that is responsible but also understands the needs of animals and has the kind of heart a person has to have in order to care for so many different breeds and each of their needs, mannerisms and fulfill requests from every owner. We love our animals enough to pay for them to receive the care we give them when we're home; Shelby is worth every penny! Her business is her livelihood and she puts all her time and energy into ensuring the care and safety of every pet. These guys are great! Â I had a bad experience with a dog walking/sitting service before and was very happily surprised by how great Shelby and Joseph were. Â They were wonderful with my dog. Shelby and Joseph have been a godsend since we brought our new puppy home, helping do check-ins and potty breaks throughout the day while we're at work. They are super responsive, reliable and professional - we know our 4-month-old Goldendoodle is in the best hands and that's worth everything in the world. We love the updates and photos they provide after each visit. I'm always amazed at the variety of activities they come up with to keep our little pup engaged when they take her out. Their online scheduling system is easy to use, and I like that you can see their schedule a couple of weeks out. Even when Snowpocalypse hit, Shelby and Joseph were flexible and there when needed (at one point tackling our giant hill on foot to get to our house!) We feel so fortunate and lucky to have Shelby and Joseph welcome us into the Keeping Up With Jack family! More...

If you are looking for a special someone to walk your dog when you cannot be there for them.... Shelby is your girl! She is not only great with your pets but she is super dependable, always communicates about each walk (provides cute pics). .. and most of all makes it fun for your dog to be with her and Jack... Anybody looking for a responsible and caring person to take care of their dogs should seriously consider working with Shelby. My wife and I was looking for someone to take care of our 2 kids, a Siberian Husky and a Maltese, and have them join us for our wedding ceremony and Shelby from Keeping Up with Jack was the ONLY person who was willing to do that. We met Shelby to discuss the general flow, what we wanted and how she could help us. She also attended our wedding rehearsal to get to know the venue.I could thank Shelby enough for doing this for us because being able to have our 2 dogs joining us on our wedding day was simply priceless!While we were trying to take photos with our dogs after the ceremony, they were distracted by all the people around them and were not looking at the camera. Shelby improvised and got them to pay attention to her while she was standing behind our photographer. That got us some wonderful shots with our 2 dogs.If you want a responsible, caring, trustworthy person to take care of your dogs you should definitely go with Shelby! More...

We used Keeping up with Jack for 8 days for the first time last month. We couldn't have been more pleased with Shelby!! We have 2 cats, one who is elderly and needs medications 2 times per day. She came twice a day, and each time sent pictures of our kitties with an update. It was so nice knowing that our precious kitties were being well cared for and loved. You can really tell that Shelby loves animals, and I could tell by the photos that my cats loved her too. Highly recommend this service and we plan on using her again! More...
