Kearny wellness is one of the places I go to get my body rejuvenated in between my cross fit classes, free weights, running and any other physical activities that I participate in. It's literally a buffet of services for the entire body. There's the Normatec leg sleeves that relieve inflammation in the legs and feet......there's the Acupunture and oh the massages that loosen me up nicely. It's my personal Spa. This place is one of my favorite places to go in my life currently lol. The people there are awesome. I love getting worked on by Melissa, she knows exactly what she's doing. .. I get my massages from her and every time, she knows exactly what to do and the perfect aggressiveness/exertion level I like/need so kudos to her for doing what she does best�And then there's Doc Lou, I love that dude, he adjusts me so good to the point I'm just feeling great and painless about 2 full days after seeing him and I'll go on for months feeling great in the gym and in general. Everyone at Kearny Wellness is fantastic! From Rolando always making sure my appointments are booked and correct to the wonderful massage therapists, you can't go wrong with Kearny Wellness! Dr. Lou is an excellent Chiropractor, and always makes sure I am comfortable and will explain anything I ask about. The massage therapists are amazing; Melissa does the BEST deep tissue massage and Karine does GREAT hot stone massages. I can't thank them enough for working on all my tension areas. Genean the acupuncturist is absolutely wonderful and full of knowledge, willing to share. She makes sure you are comfortable and explains everything, always checking in on how you feel. Kearny Wellness is the best place to go both when you have pain or discomfort and when you just want to relax. Rolando the receptionist is very welcoming and helpful. Dr. Lou and staff are AMAZING and professional! I have been going to Dr. Lou for almost 2 years and my experience has been top notch. I never have to wait, Dr. Lou takes his time and is very knowledgeable. During each visit I also receive a massage, stretching session and I am always asked if I want to try any other equipment (electric stim, leg compression, etc.) and the best part is, Dr. Lou is always getting new gadgets and equipment for us clients to try. I always leave feeling relief in my muscles and back and no longer experience pain during my workouts and everyday activities.
