Mr. Steve gave his support in installing Norton Security and setup by remote . Mr. Steve very knowledgeable and have a clear understanding of his client requirement. Today 4-16-18 our computer had a notice that it was infectedPlease call such and such a number. I did not recognize the number so I called KDR Business Services. My call was answered and Nelk checked into several things before handing me over to Chris the technician. They were both very polite and patient. KDR Business Services provides excellent support for QuickBooks. They were able to restore all of my files when I thought they were lost.
I don't know how they do it but they are always available when I need them even at 2am in the morning. I highly recommend this company for support of any kind
as it pertains to QuickBooks, virus protection and recovery.
