After almost a decade of knowing Kara, I finally saw her for a healing. I started as one of Kara's first energy healing clients years and years ago when she was in her 3rd or 4th year of schooling (did you know that there is an internationally acclaimed school that awards a BACHELOR"S DEGREE in healing science? ! Talk about rigorous training!); she was gifted then, and her talents in energy healing have grown exponentially over the years. The energy work is hard to describe. The sessions themselves feel calming and I've had results in my life immediately post-healing session that have ranged from physical improvement (in one case, a months-long problem with my eyes resolved in a single session), to a decrease in anxiety, to improvements in my relationships, to increases in my business sales that verged on miraculous. Can I give 10 stars I went to Kara not knowing what to expect. All I knew was that I felt off - the culmination of stress from my personal and work life. Kara was an extremely warm and welcoming person, but that is just the icing on the cake. She was able to conduct an energy therapy session (again - I really had no idea this was a thing!) and it felt like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. During our debrief she was able to pinpoint specific things that I had going on that were causing me to feel constricted and fatigued. These were things that I had not shared with her, but she was able to sense and redirect. I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND going to her for the energy therapy session and have had at least 2-3 of my friends go all with the same amazing result. Thank you, Kara! More...
